You are doing it wrong mate. When your shop opens up with your choice of 6 discounted skins if you own all skins you will get nothing. I think you get an Oops message or something. You take a picture of that and send it to riot. Then they will do the "pick a skin of your choice". Im currently trying to find the video of some guy having done that but yeah. Why would riot care that you can't reroll anymore???

To get Silver Kayle you had to pre-order lol in 2009...and there was not alot of people who pre-orders a free game haha. And Judgement kayle was from playing the 10 placement games in season 1, just letting you know if you are intrested... got both luckily, back when i pre-ordered in 2009 i did not know the game was free lol, Cool video tho i subbed :)

I literally came into the game for the first 3 seasons, get all the limited skins because riot gave them for free then dipped from the game for 5 years then came back. Now those are all rare skins. Crazy

I didn't get the Aatrox skin for the same exact reason. My chat restriction came from talking back to someone, who was constantly flamming me for playing Bard Jungle, with a more than just positive Kda. I am talking about a Kda ratio above 4, whilst he was struggeling to keep a positive Kda. The game was in our favour and we were just slowly trying to end. Me on the one hand, who just pulled up with the magical journey about to one shot some players as Ap/Ad Bard ( I don't really remember anymore ) and my team on the other, who were trying to end, because Draft Pick is ranked 2.0 nowadays, idk. And then, of course, the one Adc player, who constantly types and tries to tell me how much of a terrible person I am for trying to have fun, in a game, that we were hard winning, where I got them a Botlane advantage by outjungeling the enemy and constantly ganking. No reason to tilt because of something like that, I know, but he really made me not enjoy my game, so I got quite upset. I told her ( Caitlyn ) to be quiet, let's say, in a more direct way. No hard flame or usage of really inappropriate language. Daddy Rito still didn't like that and kicked my cheek out of honor 4 or something. Happens, but it was a good skin, so I am a bit sad :c

I don't know if you're going to read this, but when Ryze got his final rework to what he is now, they reworked all his skins and put them in a bundle. I saw that human Ryze was in there so I bought the bundle. That's how I got him.

Silver Kayle is actually from when you bought the physical edition of the game, and judgement was just all the players that reached level 10 at least back in season 1.
You can get the LCS skins via reroll they just become available the next calendar year as I've been told in a ticket (So the FPX skins for example will be in the loot table Jan 1st 2021) Unlucky about your free skin with a ticket :/ I also collect skins and heard the same things you did, made a ticket and got it just fine.
I wonder if we could get you enough publicity and attention to riot that they gift you a bunch of skins, or arrange to ensure your store will hit skins you can’t buy normally next time or something 🤔
I sort of quit league after hitting high grandmaster last year, but I still own quite a few skins (470) and for all the champions that I mained I bought every skin they had at that time. Same for Teemo in season 8. But honestly the shitty skins are the best for teemo in my opinoin. It's about the psychological warfrare. You're playing a "bad" champion in high diamond EUW with 60% winrate, and are using fucking HAPPY ELF TEEMO or BADGER. There was no better feeling than seeing enemies tilt merely from my mastery emote spam in lane.

If you live in a country where Garena host LOL, you will be very thankful because they give you the un ownable skins in some garena event but you have to gamble for it for small prices. We have a new event this day, im in the PH Lol(Garena) Server and you can own Rusty Blitz by gambling but not only that, you can get freebies too and extra skins shards and perma skins and loot.

I got the PAX Twisted Fate during the 10th anniversary event because I had all the skins that you could reroll at the moment. There were only a few skins I could choose from. I don't think that Black Alistar was an option.
Also since you are prob the biggest donator for their game they should strike you a deal like : "Get to diamond in season 2021 and we gonna give you the rest of the victorious skins" .
Just have to say that silver Kayle was actually a preorder bonus just like black Alistar and young ryze.(part of the collector's edition)

FPX Skins will probably be rollable later on but on release they didn't have them there I assume so they could pay FPX.

Some skins can't be obtained through rerolling skin shards into a random skin permanent (old victorious skins, some beta skins, etc.)

I got the PAX Twisted Fate during the 10th anniversary event because I had all the skins that you could reroll at the moment. There were only a few skins I could choose from. I don't think that Black Alistar was an option.
