I scored almost
90 when i took this exam. Still i am not satisfied with the multiple choice system of this exam. The exam should have more essays to really gauge the examinee's command of the english/pilipino language, more questions about the constitution to be answered in essays, and more on analytic math
and the sciences. Many non-passers continue to be in civil service because they know someone. And many passers are jobless.

Sir nalilito lang ako dun sa #3 dun sa iba ko po kasing napanuod on is ginagamit sa buong isang araw like example on new years or on independence day. Hindi po ba dapat on Christmas yun kasi whole day naman po pingdiriwang ang Christmas at hindi specific time lang.. Pa explain nga sir nalilito lang po ako.. Slamt

"At Christmas" means any time around Christmas. Ang ekspresyon pong ito ay kadalasang ginagamit to refer to the general time frame of the Christmas season. It also encompasses the period leading up to Christmas Day, kasama na yung mga days before and after.
"On Christmas" ito po ay mas specific, pinpointing the actual day of celebration, which is December 25th.
