Went to his concert last weekend in SLC for his Hope Tour. Talking to the fans in the middle of it was the most wholesome and funniest I’ve seen someone do at a concert. Nate’s a good guy with a good heart. You can just tell.
He is so authentic. Saw him in Columbus, OH with my 10 year old daughter. We are both HUGE fans. When he broke down at the end of Mama and couldn’t finish the song,…chills. My daughter was screaming with the others “we love you”. He puts all of his emotions in his songs and leaves nothing behind.
I was at that concert as well and it was just so emotional. This was my second NF concert and these are the only two concerts that I’ve teared up at or have gotten close. God Bless
NF is a very under-rated Rapper/Singer he's saved millions of lives and that line "Imagine someone looking at you and saying your music's the reason that they are alive" anyone who gets told that never do know how to handle that cheers to NF for changing my life as well as millions of others.
Every single time I experience this song, it's like I'm in the middle of a church service where, seemingly, every point that the minister is making resounds in your life (past & present). At the same time, it feels like your most honest and candid conversation with the Lord.
Thank You Aileen for coming back to NF. You are awesome!!! God bless your ❤️ heart. Really love your reactions, how you are so transparent and are not afraid to show your emotions.
Beautifully done! Don’t ever apologize for taking so long to come back to Nate. We all need breaks, so it’s okay! For people who I try to introduce to NF, this is the song I personally start with. I feel like this is Nate in a nutshell. Love that you’re not afraid to be real and raw just like him. We appreciate your genuine emotions and we can’t wait for the next one!
Yeah, beautifully done - as usual. What's more is she always speaks sense, and a lot of what she says is even more insightful than most other creators. Personally I could listen to her ramble forever. She's awesome.
Wow Aileen. I don’t think I have commented on any of your videos before, but just seeing how deep this hits and the way you reflected on it made me reflect on my own situations in a way I haven’t for a long time because all I do is avoid it. You seem to be so genuine and I can even feel your own pains when you react to this one. Just know that you are absolutely loved, and even if family thinks they have everything correct in life, if you’re not real then you’re not influential. The influence that you produce in your reaction, projected from NF’s influence, it is beautiful to see that we all can struggle but also manifest enough power to come through on the other side so that we can be that example/influence/relation to others that will feel the same way. I’ve worked so hard in my life to be where I am today but it all came down to how I analyze what life really is about and what the influences in my life really mean and what their purpose is in my life. I’ve come from much mental Illness but because of NF, You, and anyone else that can truly relate and reflect, I can move forward and stay strong to hopefully encourage others around me that may be feeling and going through the same things. I love you, and I love anyone seeing this that may need reassurance that you can come out strong on the other side of our struggles. You are loved regardless, and remember that the way life and society is today… they make you feel like you aren’t valid. You are beyond VALID! ❤️
i’ve been listening to nf since i was 12, when i was 13 when i got my diagnosis. his music what was there for me to relate to and what honestly saved me. thank you for talking about things so openly and for enjoying nf!
As someone who found your videos recently on this journey I am glad to see you back on it and I'm glad you're letting us join you on it. Seeing past comments, NF truly does find us when we need his music the most in our life. If it's ever possible I'd highly recommend going to see him live in concert. Everyone is so incredible and welcoming. I recently went and saw him on the Hope tour in Huntsville, AL. I ended up going by myself but by the time I got there I wasn't alone. I was with like minded folks there for the Real music. I even played a game of Magic outside of the Von Braun Center with some stranger as we all bonded over multiple shares interests. They'd came up all the way from Florida. I'm rambling now but this family and this community you've built is such an amazing environment. Thank you again for sharing and feeling along with us.
So, I think it's important to consider something with regards to this song- NF's first big label was Capital Records, a Christian label known for people like TobyMac, the Newsboys, etc. While Toby has been known to handle difficult things in his music, the overall Christian music scene never saw or experienced anyone as raw and uncut as NF. Sure, he didn't swear in his music, but that doesn't make what he says any less raw, as I'm sure anyone can tell. The closest I think the CCM scene had known to NF up to that point was KJ-52, but even he pales in comparison to what NF did to the scene. So this video and song was, I think, in response to parents of kids who were in the CCM scene and listening to his music- it was NF confronting them specifically because so many of them were concerned about, as he said in song, his music being perceived as violent.
Aileen! Loved this reaction! Side note, that slight eyebrow raise at the beginning of the song was everything!!!! 😂 the raw emotion that you expressed while reacting to this song was powerful. You did just listen to it, you heard it and felt it! You are a Phenomenal woman Aileen Senpai! Thank you for your strength as you opened up and shared your personal experiences with thoughts of suicide and being on medication. I love and appreciate you so very much!❤
Brand new subscriber here. I’ve been riding with Nate for years now and sometimes I like to get on RUclips and just type in NF reactions. That’s how I found your channel. I love watching what Nate’s music does to people. Im a BIG metalcore fan(IPrevail, Our Last Night, We Came As Romans, Memphis May Fire) and I’ve noticed most Rock fans love NF, as he’s really the only rap I listen to. Just felt like sharing 😂. Please, don’t ever apologize for speaking on you feel about the music, that’s what I love to hear! Just keep on the NF journey, it is SO worth it and HOPE will mean that much more to you, trust me!
I recommend "Ill Keep On" by NF. One of his best tracks about keeping on in life. I usually go back to it when I'm feeling down and it brings me back up.
Can’t wait to get home from work to watch this reaction 😭 Such good timing to upload this sort of video after your mental health talk on stream yesterday ❤️
Hey Aileen, I know you normally do the music video songs, but NF song Running from the Hope album is very powerful and I think would provide some strong support for the need to let go of negativity. Thanks for the great reaction, and hope this year has been a good one for you.
It's great to see another reaction from you to NF and I'm so thankful. You are an incredible person and I appreciate your comments about his music. NF has and continues to help me with things in my life and your reactions do the same so thank you.
This song just touched me in so many way that I can't express it I love NF's music and I like the way he says Christian is not the definition of a perfect me. I just love that part.
It’s so cool and interesting to see someone else have a first reaction to NF especially how you’re going back and understanding his journey and see the progression. I’ve been to 4 of his concerts and they get better and better every time.
Nf is my favorite artist and it’s probably not even close. The way I was introduced to him was by this song that I randomly heard one day and haven’t looked back sense. I’ve seen all of you NF reactions and I think you should go with “Why” next. Think you might enjoy it
Welcome back, Aileen. I'm glad you are safe n sound. I would of warned you about this one like I have about others. His music hits so hard. This one broke me the first time I heard it.
I watch these reactions because I find it interesting to see other people responding. I personally have never dealt with depression or self harm thoughts. I have always been a “suck it up and move on” type of person and can’t relate personally to 90% of his music. So I get no emotional response to it. BUT watching other people that have a reaction helps me understand how other feel and not to discount it.
There's so many songs from Nate that resonate with me, and others like me. As someone who also deals with depression, anxiety and PTSD. He has become one of my favorite artists in the last couple years. His writing gets even better the further into his discography you go... Can't wait for you to experience it
i discovered this song when i was actually in therapy. and you cant explain but this song is dark, but at the same time it's a huge release of energy, emotions like you said it's hard or not explainable to people who did not experience certain things.. and i also listen to rap for decades, but there is no one like nf! this is as real as it gets :)
I always enjoy your NF reactions, as i have posted before. I just enjoy your reactions and enjoy seeing more of NF'S journey! Thx again. Hope to see more NF reactions in the future.
That was a very deep and pure reaction. Awesome job as always. I really enjoy when you breakdown NF. Looking forward to the next one you do. Stay strong!
i admire your smart mind how deeply you understand things. Not that ppl cant understand it, but the way you talk about it, thats why i love to watch your reaction with nate. Im 45 being great in my Job, but Homeoffice got me in a really bad place the last 1,5 years. No one around me knows how bad it is. Even listen to NF and understand so much, its hard to find the important first or next step to get out of it. So my hope is, watching more of this, listening to it, maybe one day i can break out. Keep being you Aileen, stay healthy and safe!
I really like your videos. I enjoy how you really listen to every word and really take it in. I hope your channel continues to grow and that you know you are helping people too.
I got the honor to see him in concert, in portland all I can say is wow. I have loved his music for ages, the crowd was insane singing along. He sang old songs and his new ones. He had me in tears when he sang Mama live. I'm greatful that your back to reacting to his music 💕
People tend to think of mental health problems as a young person’s issue, but I did the wrist cutting and went to the psych ward in my early 40s (5 years ago), and music like Nate’s has given me so much encouragement and hope. I’m in a much better place now and love that you are highlighting mental health awareness and Nate’s contribution to it. I’m a big fan of him and of you. Keep up the good work.
This one is so raw and powerful.. I am very glad I descovered NF and it has been great to watch you discover his music and connect with it as well. I'd love to see you react to his song Story ❤
Im late to the party and your reactions, so I know you wont see this comment, but you are the best reactor that I've come across and Im glad I found you. I love how you FEEL the songs and how you unserstand the emotions. I have shit to do today, but I've watched your videos for hours. Please don't ever stop making reaction videos to all kinds of music. Idk if anyone has ever told you this bluntly, but you are special, and your reactions are almost as good as the songs themselves. You have a new sub, and a new fan of YOU. 💯
I just want to say thank you. It's really nice to hear the passion you have for music and how you care about others. If we are all being honest with ourselves most of us have been down that road sometime in our life. Your not alone and tomorrow has not been written. What were going through today might be used to help someone tomorrow.
This song right here hits me the hardest because it relates that hard. They blame everything they THINK or WANT is the problem and wont actually listen to the person going through it. Love your reactions and love youre on this NF journey!
I went to his concert in Seattle. One the best concerts I've ever been to. The vibe was heavy and full of emotion. The entire concert was a therapy session for everyone. Everyone knew the lyrics so many people were crying and emotion. He is such a good guy.
You have a beautiful soul, I came across your channel recently and you have an ability to percieve this music in a way I havent found before. You wear your heart on your sleeves and that is wonderful to see. Keep up the great work, you're killing it!
I was diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder and Generalized Anxiety Disorder a couple of years ago, I have known something was off since I was 13. The constant unshakeable feeling of impending doom and crushing depression. For years I did SH. I grew up in a conservative Christian household where I was blamed for my anxiety and depression, always being told that I just wasn't believing enough or praying/reading my bible enough. Constantly having a bible handed to me telling me to read more and more and more. For 12 years I blamed myself for it, when I was 25 I finally was diagnosed but my scores were so bad on the depression and anxiety screenings my doctor almost had me institutionalized, the nurse that gave me the tests was genuinely terrified I could see it in her eyes. Needless to say I am in therapy and taking medication, but I am no longer a Christian and refuse to set foot in a church ever again.
This song speaks to me so much loved your raw real reaction I love NF I was only a metal head/ emo music so liking a rapper for me is very new and he is my favorite rap artist because he is so real and I can see myself in all of his songs
girl you should never apologize for saying whats on your mind lol. but i just want to say thats literally why i subscribed because you do give an honest review and yk nate is my favorite artist and has been since i was a kid. so your reviews are amazing and i just have to say that you're also very beautiful and i just wanted to say don't apologize for anything because i do the same thing but i don't think that you talk too much or anything. you're doing good! also thank you for the content!
That's the great thing about NF. You don't need to be a Christian to enjoy his music but he does such a great job of hitting the inner cores of people, making them realize their inner traumas and how to cope with them.. Ultimately leading them to God if they choose. A lot of us can relate to the subject matter in some form or another which everyone is free to cope how they see fit but at the end of the day, God will lead you to your true purpose and your deserved happiness. I'd recommend any of the following: Let You Down, Can You Hold Me, Real.
Back in 2014 I tried taking my life a few times n ppl was like stop listening to certain music n stop watching certain movies/shows but that's the issue none of that was the reason, I got like that because I lost my grandmother my dad's mom she was my best friend the only one I could talk to about anything, I wear her name on my arm with angle wings n a halo. I still miss her to this day wishing I could still see her n still call her
Don't be sorry about pausing alot , it's okay also that's what you're supposed to do react and give your feedback and we love that, also it really shows you care and are paying attention to the video and not just watching it and video is done ! Keep on making them awesome videos ❤ Your amazing and hope you're doing great much love ❤️
I listening to this music when im not in a good space because its for me a healthier way to deal with the depression, My Depression turns to anger because its easier to deal with for me and music like this helps push that energy out with out hurting my self in any way
Mansion album: - can you hold me Therapy Session: - Intro 2 - I just wanna know - Got you on my mind Perception: - Intro 3 - Let you down - If you want love - Remember this - Lie The Search - Change - My stress - Nate - Time - Only - Let me go - Hate myself - I mis three days - Like this - Trauma Clouds Mixtape: - Clouds - Just like you - Story - Prideful Hope: - Gone - Mistake - Running
I found NF in 2013, right after my attempt and life support for 3 weeks and waking up in the ICU. Literally, when I needed to find him. Even my shrink liked him lol 🖤🖤🖤
Can’t believe I met him on April 7th for a signing that was unbelievable, was like 10 sec it was awesome but sadly couldn’t attend the tour but at least I met him
I love your tangents!!! Never change. I like seeing how peoples mind works and what you think when you listen to music like this. You really are the best!!! Lots of love ❤❤❤
Do "nate" next it is my favorite song he has ever written. He was in therapy after therapy season and his therapist asked him to have a conversation with his child self. "Nate" is what he wrote. I love the reactions!
It’s always amazing to me how NF can express such frustration and anger on his songs without cussing. This and other songs he expresses such raw emotion that it’s hard to think it’s even achievable without cussing, up until you listen to him. That’s how you can tell he means what he writes and even tho NF isn’t for everyone I am happy the fans he has he’s able to help beyond what most people can ever help those fans. Great reaction 👍
Nice to see you again Aileen, love your reactions so much. Plus as a bonus your very pretty. I'm not hitting on you as I'm old enough to be your grandpa..lol Great tune from NF.🇬🇧👍
Aileen says it all so empathetically and shares her story as her channel is evolving into a blessing with this journey of Nate's and yet her channel has been for months. I don't go to "church" ... actually for years... because of too many hypocrites... people who say one thing and do another...be so sickly holy on Sundays and the rest of the week are judgemental and "stuck up". I am a Christian and prefer to show others than talk too much. When I do talk I let the words come from the Lord and pass through me to others. I am not perfect... only He is Perfect. Nate explains the risk of doing the Lord's work...nasty notes...threats to his family... record companies pressure... Nate has the Lord at his center... nothing will touch Nate that the Lord will not allow. As the Lord says..."take heart, be of good courage, for I have overcome the world". Aileen is correct in that Nate's genre is not true rap...I would say poetry as she does in video form with accompaniment with his words at the forefront. As Aileen stated the message of Hope is becoming clearer as the backstory is more revealed. Isn't true of our story as the gaps are filled in. The message of being fearful of letting go of the past and fears to begin the healing process takes courage. When I worked in the computer lab at a business school, here in San Antonio Texas fixing computers between classes, and would listen to women try to help another get out of abusive relationships and the response was always the same...I know it's bad but I don't know if where I go is better or worse meaning the fear of the unknown is worse than the present abusive fear. Many more need to hear and read Nate's words...very good therapy. Aileen is the perfect platform as the Lord has given her a gift.
Went to his concert last weekend in SLC for his Hope Tour. Talking to the fans in the middle of it was the most wholesome and funniest I’ve seen someone do at a concert. Nate’s a good guy with a good heart. You can just tell.
Saw him in Minneapolis. Great show.
Saw him in Boston was amazing
What was the debate? In Greensboro it was pineapple on pizza.
Saw him in Grand Rapids and it was my first concert and I’m so glad worth every penny and I can’t wait for the next tour
it was chocolate vs vanilla in SLC@@brianhenn9872
He is so authentic. Saw him in Columbus, OH with my 10 year old daughter. We are both HUGE fans. When he broke down at the end of Mama and couldn’t finish the song,…chills. My daughter was screaming with the others “we love you”. He puts all of his emotions in his songs and leaves nothing behind.

He just came to NZ last week and he cried after performing Mama aswell.

I call this song his mission statement
Nf always hits me hard with emotion I always love to see your reactions to NF and we all love him and yes therapy is always a life savor
So happy I found his music. It’s been so good for my mental health ♥️

Thanks for this perspective! I'm not Christian myself so I wouldn't have known this context without this comment!
NF is so dope!! He is a mastermind with those lyrics!
Aileen! Loved this reaction! Side note, that slight eyebrow raise at the beginning of the song was everything!!!! 😂 the raw emotion that you expressed while reacting to this song was powerful. 5 months ago: first time listening to nf. Now: I love NF so much
So happy to see you listening to him now, NF songs are just too good and relatable
9:11 - Thank you for this therapy session. Tears streaming, heart still steaming from filling the cracks with molten gold.
Saw him recently in concert and he’s so good with the crowd. Was such a good show.
He found me in 2017 in my darkest days. He became my GOAT and Therapist immediately. He also awaken my love for Real music again.

It's like the holy Spirit is flowing through Nate....a Messenger 🙏❤️ God uses Nate to spread love and understanding 🙏 NF is all good 😊🙏
I recommend "Ill Keep On" by NF. One of his best tracks about keeping on in life. I usually go back to it when I'm feeling down and it brings me back up.
Can’t wait to get home from work to watch this reaction 😭 Such good timing to upload this sort of video after your mental health talk on stream yesterday ❤️
I recorded this right after that stream too! Feels so cathartic to speak and feel so validated by him 🥲♥️
Hey Aileen, I know you normally do the music video songs, but NF song Running from the Hope album is very powerful and I think would provide some strong support for the need to let go of negativity. Thanks for the great reaction, and hope this year has been a good one for you.
Running is in my top 5, such a stunning song 🔥
Glad you're back on the NF journey. Much love from the UK 🇬🇧❤️
Missed you on this NF journey. Glad your back

Glad your still on the NF journey! You should listen to Lost next
Love your reviews so far. Binging the NF ones
Great reaction, we're looking for more NF reactions, keep the good work up!

Stay strong!
Love from Sweden.

I really like your videos. I enjoy how you really listen to every word and really take it in. I hope your channel continues to grow and that you know you are helping people too.
The way you articulate everything with the songs is so warming to me coz it helps me understand the song better. Also you are so beautiful
You Aileen are good people...
keep helping those in need of healing...
your channel is a ministry that has no ceiling... ;)
I’m so excited to see your reaction to this awesome video!!!
Thank you for the great reaction. This is my go to song and video when my brain tries to take over my life. Hits me so hard.
Great reaction. No need to apologize for expressing yourself. Missed seeing your NF reactions.
Peace.
One of Nate's best songs. More NF and love the reactions. A good 3 song combo from Nate.
Green lights, outro, and Into 3 in order.
I really think you should listen to "My Stress", its cuts real deep but at the same time its very refreshing to listen to 🖤
You're amazing! Keep being yourself. "Remember this", "why" or "when i grow up" are all great choices for next NF songs.
Never taped so fast, I’ve been waiting for an NF video!
It’s been a while! Sorry for the wait ♥️
@@AileenSenpaiit was worth the wait! But listen to “Change” by NF, it won’t disappoint!

More NF please!!! Been waiting so long since the last NF video
I rarely comment, but just wanted to say I think you may be the most authentic reactor on RUclips. Found you through NF..,,keep up the QUALITY work!
YES WE LOVE MORE NF
I just want to say thank you. It's really nice to hear the passion you have for music and how you care about others. If we are all being honest with ourselves most of us have been down that road sometime in our life. Your not alone and tomorrow has not been written. What were going through today might be used to help someone tomorrow.
This song right here hits me the hardest because it relates that hard. They blame everything they THINK or WANT is the problem and wont actually listen to the person going through it. Love your reactions and love youre on this NF journey!
I was just scrolling through your/ her videos to see more NF reactions I’m soooo happy to see these please keep these coming 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
This is one of my favourite songs of his. Can't wait to see him in concert next Sunday.
Just like so many others this song and the rest of his music saved my life
I was diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder and Generalized Anxiety Disorder a couple of years ago, I have known something was off since I was 13.
Love seeing you on this journey. Don’t ever apologize. Its your channel. Its awesome to see what happened to alot of us on this journey. 🙏🏻😊
I was just at his concert here in fort worth and it's such an experience, you have got to go once
Wow, Aileen. It's only been a couple of times I've seen you so visibly affected by a song. You really felt that. I understand. This one hits hard.
Thanks for your reaction and your transparency love it by the way you look very nice with out the horns keep up your great work ❤
This song speaks to me so much loved your raw real reaction I love NF I was only a metal head/ emo music so liking a rapper for me is very new and he is my favorite rap artist because he is so real and I can see myself in all of his songs
Your tattoos are beautiful and this reaction was more than beautiful 🙏 thank you for doing this
girl you should never apologize for saying whats on your mind lol. but i just want to say thats literally why i subscribed because you do give an honest review and yk nate is my favorite artist and has been since i was a kid. so your reviews are amazing and i just have to say that you're also very beautiful and i just wanted to say don't apologize for anything because i do the same thing but i don't think that you talk too much or anything. you're doing good! also thank you for the content!
Enjoyed watching you jam and be moved by this song❤❤
I told you at the beginning, he'd change your life somehow. He's amazing
I still miss her to this day wishing I could still see her n still call her
i cant get enough of your videos
Aileen...after listening to this...do "Let Me Go" that is ART!
Don't be sorry about pausing alot , it's okay also that's what you're supposed to do react and give your feedback and we love that, also it really shows you care and are paying attention to the video and not just watching it and video is done !
Keep on making them awesome videos ❤
Your amazing and hope you're doing great much love ❤️

Can’t believe I met him on April 7th for a signing that was unbelievable, was like 10 sec it was awesome but sadly couldn’t attend the tour but at least I met him
This song is really great for me because it reminds me that I'm not the only one that feels this way
Definitely one of my favorite songs of this amazing album an I loved your reaction video 🙏🏻
I'm not hitting on you as I'm old enough to be your grandpa..lol
Great tune from NF.🇬🇧👍
