That barrel idea is too cute!!! I love love love all the little details to this habitat, you always knock it out the park! One of the best Planet Zoo builders on youtube for sure!

Love the commentary throughout your creative process on this build. You really broke it down and explained why you were adding each detail!

I'm just starting Planet Zoo and at first I'm really overwhelmed with everything. Be it building or something else. I never have these ideas for an enclosure like in the videos and I'm not that good in it yet. Any tips for me? 😅

going to local zoos and trying to rebuild something. downloading habitats from others u like and look at how they build certain things( pick apart their builds and look at how they they use pieces). starting from blueprint and adding your own details to it( especially if ur on console cuz thats going to safe a whole lot of time). watching yt vids about planet zoo. also: justGoron does habitat inspiriation videos about animals where he shows how different zoos make an enclosure for an animal

As above, Pinterest is your best friend. But don’t get too hung up on everyone else’s build, as it can take the fun out of the game. Just enjoy it, and if you don’t like your building, just keep adding to it until your happy with the props, plants, ivy etc

I just started too. I’ve been watching a lot of videos and referencing real zoos.
Another thing I did to helped me; after unlocking and researching what I could at the moment, I favorited the items I liked the most. It kinda helps me think of how I can use items.

The learning curve is steeep! Don’t be too hard on yourself if things don’t turn out the way they do in videos like this for a while. What helped me most is copying haha I’d find videos I liked that seemed easy and then try to copy them in just a sandbox zoo while I watched the video over and over (like a class!). After a while you get a better feel for how to move pieces and other aspects of building and then it’s easier to branch out and create your own stuff.

@@amandahakes2226 I done this to, still do to some degree, just add more of my own touch to it now though. Rudi is in a class of his own though, great imagination and brilliant builder.

How do you manage to terraform the earth under eath the paths at the beginning? I feel like even if i get elevated paths the ground around it will not be able to be transformed 😢
Wonderful habitat with cozy vibes ✨️
