No there are no time limitations. They close the first gate by 11pm but the third gate is open 24 hrs.

Hi, I shared with 5 people so it was a flat with 6 rooms. In iQ Pavilions, there are flats with 4 rooms, 5 rooms and 6 rooms and other are studios.
