This was the greatest game I ever saw in person. I was in the Michigan band that year and had a front row seat in the northeast corner, right where all the comeback and OT action happened. This was possibly the best game ever played in Michigan Stadium. Only UM-ND Under the Lights '11 has come close in the last decade. When Edwards got that TD to tie the game the roar was so loud it felt as if the air itself was vibrating. My roommate, who had turned off the game out frustration in the early fourth quarter, heard the stadium over his angry music from over a mile away and turned the TV back on in time for OT.
This is my favorite Michigan game of all-time. It would've went to 2nd place had we upset the Buckeyes with that 2 point conversion last November. S/N that ND/MICH Under the Lights I (2011) is 2nd on my list & ND/MICH from 2009 is 3rd. #truth
Holy Shit 590 COMBINED RUSHING YARDS??!? This is the whole reason I got into college football; and its history; the Run Game; its just awesome. The Passing Game shootouts seems to be about sloppy D; the run game grindouts are joyous. I can't think of a National Champ in CFB who isn't excellent at running the ball. In the NFL; my Giants won it all, embarrassingly to me, with the 32nd ranked Rushing offense. I hate teams like that without balls on offense; I had to cheer for mine though. Being a NYC Giant; this entire tristate area has no fucking clue about College football. If it wasn't for the internet especially RUclips downloading I would still be as clueless as everybody I know. AND there's no way I stay home Saturday AND Sunday so this is my Viewing time; a lazy Saturday morning and 590 fucking rushing yards; with Shift and Right arrow cutting it to 45-55 minutes on VLC media player.
It's amazing just 15 years ago; we thought of standard def as good enough; with our gigantic non flat screen TVs and that the newfangled HD is overrated, considering what they were charging. I found one for 1000$ and it took months to figure out I should be watching football on 802 not 2. What's the difference? Oh....it might not seem like a lot with HBO SD and HD; but with football it was night and day. And now, I can't stand 480 FB not being able to see the player's numbers to the point I probably won't watch this classic. I own Too many HD games; at least 100 college football games I want to get to this offseason.
How did I watch football from 1990-2007 in standard Def? (07 bought my first HDTV) With the old bad angles too, can't see anything behind LBs. That probably doesn't affect majority of fans who don't know or care about why and how things happen; will never rewind or rewatch.

@@edwardrichardson9543 doesn't beat the 2015 game.......that is the best game ever.
@@jeffgreene7410 yes
Anthony Carter is easily The Best Wr Michigan Ever had
What about Desmond Howard he won the Heisman trophy in 91
Braylon Edwards was SUPERMAN!!! Saving Michigan's life with 3 TDs catches and 1 long completion after MSU was up 27-10
Terry Bowden really showing who he wanted to win.
I will give you one guess where Tirico lives based on his call in this game.
The first "night" game at Michigan Stadium
no it wasn't the first night game was in 2011 against Notre Dame just because it ends at night doesn't mean tonight Game has to start at night
+Andrew Lewis You don't get it.
That's why he put the night in quotations...

Chad Henne & Mike Hart the (2004-07) Spartan killers that sadly didn't show up against Ohio St.
+Edward Richardson At least Braylon beat the buckeyes for their 100th meeting back in 2003
That color commentary is brutal
Porky Pig aka Terry Bowden
Stanton's injury cost MSU the game. prior to that, michigan had no clue as to how to stop MSU. MSU only could stop itself.
as a michigan fan this is 100% correct
