I actually thought Megatron’s design in TLK was one of the few good things to come out of that movie. Very different from what you’d expect but the knight theme oddly really works
Now just imagine if this transformed, that would be the absolute perfect definition of TF5 Megatron (basically give the UT Megs the paint application of this one, minor flaws with the UT are accepted since it transforms)
That would take black magic or sacrifice baby to Satan to do that

I have the Hasbro version of this Megatron and love it. For Hasbro it's one of my favorites. Looks so good. Would love to have this guy.

Megatrons sword, or battle are weapon is based off the real life weapon, Ikakala. A traditional African sword. If you Google this you can see Megatron sword is similar but more alien like for the movie.

Great review! Was his face really that gruesome in TLK??? Hopefully we get a Studio Series representation this or next year, the voyager was good, but its time for an update.

The paint work and the red reminds me of G1 Megatron only looking more like a knight like Optimus from 4 to 5.
I love this video man, and just so you know megatons tusks weren’t that sharp in the movie.

I've come to watch this review twice; and twice stopped myself as I don't want to spoil that unboxing surprise. I ordered mine from Sideshow in December 2018! Still waiting...but surely it won't be long now...please God don't let it be long now...ROFL
I feel terrible but I picked up a Megatron RED line on clearance at Walmart today. He was on sale for $13.10 and weighs 156 g. It's been so barren in the local stores around here with regards to action figures. It was either him or go home empty handed.

I get why they didn't include the staff Megatron didn't really get screen time with his hands on it( at least I don't think) so it wouldn't make sense to include it but it would still be a really very nice with him.

This desing is awesome, but for some reason, it doesn't look like megatron to me. Barely looks like a Transformer at all. Maybe I am used to some more square designs and some vehicle parts showing.

I hate how the paintwork is amazing.. but than it looks like they sprayed black paint from a can on everything to give it a "worn look"

Was hoping for a comparison to UT Dragoon in terms of detail.
I really think they should’ve tried to minimize the small parts to tab in things or at the very least should’ve used more magnets.
