Yeti makes the most sense. Really good for jerseys and logos. I could actually see a Yeti playing hockey on cold ice. Also, even if didn't know what sport they are I would guess they are a hockey team. Much like how I would guess the Pittsburgh Penguins would be a hockey team.
I like the Utah hockey club for the full time name, it just brings classic to the league, all NHL teams have a name, I think Utah should just stick with Utah hockey club I think that’s good. And like I said all other nhl teams have a name for example, Boston bruins, Chicago Blackhawk’s so I think it would be fine.

Out of the names proposed I like Blizzard over Yeti. But right now, I'm digging the Utah Hockey Club as a placeholder. The could still use the Yeti as a mascot or shoulder accents.
Might be an option now since Merleuo (sp?) has now sold the license back to the NHL. But I would think the NHL is going to hold onto that to see if they can sell it to another potential owner in Arizona or continue making money off Coyotes merch (like they do with the Nordiques license)
If they had branded themselves as a team from Salt Lake city, I would have said Salt Lake scorpions, but Utah Scorpions just doesnt have the same ring...🤔

Now the struggle of seating at an arena ment for basketball and a team with no name, im sorry they do have a name and it sounds more like a fan club then a team with that name lol but how are they considered an expansion team when the coyotes folded.

@@bbqbeer1883 i live in quebec. my father and grandfather where hardcore nordic fan. we have been waiting for so long to get back the team. its so painful seeing arizona get so many chance years after years only to fail again while we wait with better arena, more fan and a better hockey city

Yeti or mammoth are incredibly stupid and childish. Just plain silly. I prefer Blizzard which matches the Jazz and double “zz”. Plus with the Kings going back to the Gretzky days black, silver and white chevron logo and color scheme the Utah Blizzard can adopt some purple and go similar with the Jazz rebrand.
