It’s pretty much every season on the show that Rachel learns the lesson that it’s not all about her, she has to commit, and she has to be a better team player to succeed and keep friends, even if it means she can’t always be the star. The flanderdization of her bratty diva qualities started in S2, but I thought she generally had enough redeemable and relatable moments to balance out her bitchy side throughout her high school years. Her character completely went down the drain when she still got into NYADA after choking at her audition by harassing and stalking the dean. Yeah, she could be a major brat before, but at least she wasn’t usually outright rewarded and praised for it. When Rachel got into NYADA by harassing and stalking the dean for another chance, though, that was the moment she became a totally intolerable Mary Sue/Jerk Sue to me. That being said, while I do agree that Rachel was being a selfish brat in most of these scenes, I think some of them are just hating on her character because they don’t like her, not because she necessarily deserved it or was being a bitch for no good reason. For instance, yeah, Rachel has a very strict beauty routine, wake up time, and work out regimen. However, there’s nothing actually offensive about that at all. She just is someone who likes self-care and routines. A lot of people do, though. While that line to Santana was kind of needlessly cruel of Rachel to say of “the only job you’ll end up having is stripping on a pole,” the ONLY reason why Rachel said it in that episode in S2 was because Santana kept cruelly insulting her, Finn, Quinn, and everyone else in the Glee club, except for Brittany, for no good reason throughout most of the episode. I get that she was struggling with her sexuality, but that’s no excuse to be a bully to everyone. Santana DID have a lot of valid points about Rachel being a awful friend and an awful team player when she gave her that “The Reason You Suck” speech in the choir room. However, a lot of those points she made about Rachel being a shitty team player on the Glee Club for her own personal benefit in high school ALSO applied to her, Quinn, Finn, Brittany, Mercedes, and other members of the club at one point or another, too, so to act like Rachel was the ONLY one guilty of a problematic attitude and behaviors in the Glee Club, seemed hypocritical of Santana to me. Also, she just went too far with the body shaming insults against Rachel. So Rachel definitely was a major brat, but some of these scenes highlighting her “annoying” traits seem to be exaggerated and/or completely taken out of context. It’s also not like several other characters in the main cast of this show weren’t deeply problematic, selfish, and poorly written, too.
Out of 6 seasons, 121 episodes of which she appeared in all but one episode the fact you were able to whittle it down to 5 minutes is impressive. There was so much to choose from.

While Rachel is annoying 95% of the time, I disagree with a couple of the scenes you added. Like her telling Santana “the only job you’ll have is working on a pole” Santana definitely has that coming cause she’s always bullying everyone. And I definitely think Rachel was in the right to not be a couple with Finn because he literally dumped her earlier in the episode for the sake of his reputation. Now, he wants her back? I don’t think so.
I hated when Santana quit Funny Girl for Rachel's sake. I would've liked it if Rachel apologized and allowed Santana to perform one show. But then again, this is Rachel we're talking about here...
