You're right, that was an oversight. I knew it went down to 1.1mins with Airborne Irritant but didn't see the Blinding Powder talent in the spec tree to get it down to 48 seconds. Rogue should be S tier.
Dominate Mind is very good! The only reason in my opinion that I didn't give it S Tier is due to the cast time, same for the DKs being able to MC it as well. Still very powerful!
In my opinion both Incorp and Afflicted need to be removed. However I disagree with your take on Incorp. At least you can interrupt incorp mid-combustion and finish your combustion window AND you have a tools to cc it outside of your dps window. With afflicted way less classes can help with this affix even though it only costs one global; I also run into way more issues with afflicted, especially during dispel heavy area's of dungeons.
I do think the affixes need to be re-evaluated. Having an Affix like Afflicted where some classes have 0 counter play at all is just bad design and leads to being looked over when groups are forming even more so than some classes that aren't considered "Meta" already are.

I think outlaw has a talent that brings the cooldown of blind to 48 seconds, so they can technically get every incorporeal.

Priest S-tier for mindcontrol one and give mobs the debuff.. ! also u can skill 2 ccs as priest

@@Archealon For sure. Just don't bring back Quaking or Explosive 🤣 - BTW your zero to hero for monk made me want to play it pretty badly LOL
Monk is actually really fun to play. I don't play Melee classes, I usually play Ranged DPS or Tanks, but Windwalker made me want to main swap.
