I see I'm not the only one to notice this video was very late coming out. If memory serves me, the 60 replaced the 55 in 2020. I think all of the video is from Silent's promotional video in 2018.
I really like this boat. However, it is no longer produced. The smallest Silent Yacht produced is the Silent 60. If I had the money, I woukld have liked a 50-footer. for the east and south coast of the US. We have the Intra-Coastal Waterway that we can duck into. I particularly like the maintenance and operation costs because I am lazy and cheap. LOL
Silent 55 I believe is no longer in production, and was superceded by the Silent 60 which has the most powerful propulsion drive train of 340 kW as an option. I would also go with the Silent 55 if it had the same 340kW motors as an option and if it were still in production.
Imagine ,Koenigsegg electric motors so small efficent poerful & light weight electric motors 💯% with a hydrogen production to feed hydrogen powered generators to the grid
I love it
Thanks for the info, verty useful 👌🏼
Efficient- Omg!interesting video- 🔥

Exactly. They want everybody to go solar, but God forbid they make one more on the affordable side.
How does silent compare to sunreef?
👍👍👍👍👍

I wonder how much weight it can hold.

"cruising speed of 11-12 knots"... It does not make any senses to talk about cruising speed for a full electric yacht.
