I’ve escaped life, I’m gone with just myself for company and my thoughts, my emotions are everywhere and it feels like they flow out with the rain. Then as the bass drops I imagine neon streaks flying across the sky above the city and above me... like flashes of a galaxy below the dark and gloomy clouds. And as I sit there and it gets darker.. I appreciate what I have a bit more, for now I’m alone. I have none of it, only the sights I see as companionship and the rain to to listen to.
