Vaporeon is a vinesauce highlighter
They're 2 different people with similar names, but vappyvap88 passed away earlier this year from covid. Rip vappy

Lock down hit my country again, so I thought I would spend the first week of it creating this compilation. Like the other compilations i've made, it's one that I would have wanted to see, and I hope you enjoy this too. On a side note for those who don't know, I am a different person to VappyVap, but I also happen to go by the same nickname. It is not something that bothers me, and I have had the pleasure of reading so many touching and beautiful messages about him. Lets stay safe, follow the guidelines that help keep us that way, and get through this together.

(edit edit edit) So much they never told him... it hurts a bit. Repairing tools and items, melting down metal tools and items to reclaim some metal, golden carrots for food, of course then there's redstone, but yeah... I don't expect that.

Watching Vinny's base expand into something so cool looking was honestly super fun. He just randomly picked up the game and eventually grew his own little world.
Nice to see him experience Minecraft the same way a lot of us have.

Vinny is the only person I know that uses chiseled stone bricks in his base.

honestly, vinny of all people doing architecture in a game like this is really by far the most impressive thing. this is why this is one of the best minecraft playthroughs
and I feel like he used it very well.
The fact that he put so much effort into building means he genuinely enjoyed the game. most people get bored on Minecraft easy

nobody wants to see like 5 hours worth of walking, unless youre actually playing the game
It always bothered me how Vinny kept his base dark and still wondered why mobs kept spawning.
Well, mood lighting is always important in games like this so, can't even blame him, I've done it exactly the same
Vinny did use shaders that made the lighting levels not so obvious. He also liked to carry a torch rather than placing them.
Just FYI for anyone passing by, the devs are finally updating the lighting system to block mob spawning in a wider area. It's not by a ton, but it's something

Still a bit upset he didn't actually use the RTX shader... it's "seus ptgi" and I think versions 11 and up have the raytracing functionality. Me and vinny had the same GPU at the time (RTX 2070) so It's a shame he didn't go for it. (90+fps most of the time on a render distance of 20+ chunks)
