I have the kipling Seoul in both the go large and the xl....I call them my Mary Poppins bag. I usually use them for travel and it is crazy how much you can put in them.
I am in love with mine. I happen to run across this one at TJ Maxx. I need to go online and look at the brand a little more. Really nice quality and you are right they hold so much! TFW🌺

I totally understand, I used Kipling for awhile but I wanted something dressier, hence my own bag journey for the perfect work tote! There's several that I enjoy but none are truly "perfect". Still, it's a journey that's been fun (and expensive lol)!

Hahaha!! I did serve in the Army Reserves for some years, so I totally see it! The load will be lightening soon as I transition to working back in the office full time. Currently at work I have 2 different offices on two different ends of the facility and a home office. I was always leaving something or needing something, not to mention having to have new offices…toooo much! Not to mention when I have to travel and teach😵💫 Prior to this working as a float nurse I was just use to always packing to be prepared for any situation (the stories I could tell). Thankfully it’s not that heavy….my Mom always fusses at me when she sees it😡😡 TFW🌺

My Thirty-One backpack is EVERYTHING I need and more but I just want a more polished look too (by society's standards) but it's not about what we carry, it's about HOW we carry it! I love this Kipling! Prior to this I was always a Jansport type of girl! One of my subscribers asked if they had this bookbag with wheels? Oh such a blessing. Truthfully it’s not as heavy as some of the tote bags I have carried. It’s really a well built bookbag. The padded straps help it immensely. TFW🌺
The backpack is great, but the weight of it can eventually hurt your back. I'm not trying to get you to buy anything else, BUT-LOL, as a suggestion, if you want elegance & function, you can always try a cute rolling briefcase & a cute purse.

Kipling bags are exceptionally lightweight and ergonomically designed. I live and work in the City of London and everyone from solicitors to teachers to students ad infinitem use backpacks rather than 'handbags etc. They certainly aren't seen as being less than stylish-just exceptionally practical.xxxx

You can use your backpack for your planner, notebooks, ipad, laptop, tech pouch sticky notes pens pouch you know to carry your heavier but big flat squared items and your stationary items in your work backpack and then use your work satchel purse or a work tote bag for your everyday purse items like your ladies bathroom pouch/bag, make up pouch, cellphone and cell phone charger, maybe another pens and pencils pouch just keep it equally balanced when you're carrying your backpack and a work purse because that seems like alot of stuff in one backpack to me🥰🥰🥰 I just keep it balanced for me

I try to tell myself “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it,” but I constantly buy bags to find that “perfect bag.” I don’t know if it exists, but I do have a few select bags that are close enough. Girl, girl, girl! I see you and I have been down the same roads with these work bags.🎒 And apparently, our mothers come from the same school of thought. I have the same Vera Bradley in solid black, but it was not functional for this purpose for me either. I have the expensive briefcases and tote bags, but the functionality is always short lived and I go right back to my backpack. Plus, my backpack allow me to be hands free in the event I need to be prepared for "battle"...it's a crazy world we live in these days, just trying to get to work. You just never know what or who you may encounter on your journey, so be prepared for the unexpected. You know, when you stay ready, you don't have to get ready!!🤣 I saw someone suggested a rolling bag for you, but I've tried that too. It was okay in nice weather, but I live in an area where it snows and it was not practical and it was messy and unsanitary. In my experience, I always go back to functionality and practicality over appearance. I am actually going to try to find the backpack you have because even the one I currently have is tactical in nature and more appropriate for a a soldier, but the straps are sufficient and comfortable with my belongings inside.
OMMMMMGGGGG ARE WE SISTERS!!!! I feel like I’ve been searching and trying and searching …. A vicious cycle! Truthfully this bag triumphs all the ones I have and it was a fraction of the cost. I’m like you that you never know when you need to be hands free. I was talking to my Mom about it and she said CHILE you better go get one of those “roll things with the bungee cords” and keep going. She also added, “you always doing something, go sat down sumware🤣😂🤣.” For now I’m done!!! I will be carrying it like it is. Many of the items will be coming out of my bag because I’ll be transitioning back to the office full time. I hope you’re able to find one, you will love it! I love satchel purses and Backpacks. I realized that wheeled backpacks and backpacks in general are stylish AND very functional. I know you love love love tote bags so very much but I suggest that you carry a medium but a little bit bigger satchel work bag or purse for you to go to work it saved my life to carry those two different types of bags. I don't want to lug around a much heavier purse with me and I really don't want to carry a very heavy back pack with me either ☺️♥️☺️♥️ but you do you miss beautiful lady thank you for sharing 🥰

I love satchel purses and Backpacks. I realized that wheeled backpacks and backpacks in general are stylish AND very functional. I know you love love love tote bags so very much but I suggest that you carry a medium but a little bit bigger satchel work bag or purse for you to go to work it saved my life to carry those two different types of bags. I don't want to lug around a much heavier purse with me and I really don't want to carry a very heavy back pack with me either ☺️♥️☺️♥️ but you do you miss beautiful lady thank you for sharing 🥰
