Unfortunately the honking and littering been caused by certain foreigners nationalities bringing their bad habits here and not obeying the local laws unfortunately. If you go around families areas and local areas you will notice how clean and with almost zero honking too . Locals flash their lights and rarely honk.

The honking was actually never a problem, quiet and peaceful for the most part!🙌🏻
