    Realizing History is a moment ago; tackle each day as you are making it lasting and meaningful. Be the one to help someone else’s delightfully memorable and their Future encouraging.......thank you for inspiring Mosey.

      Exactly. History hits home when we think of it like this. Our choices and actions become history in a moment…and these actions have effects. When we choose to uplift others, we pave a way to leaving a positive legacy of ourselves. Thanks for sharing! ☺️😎

    Maybe it's a story where the fidelity is prone to inconsistencies the further away we get from the present.
    In the case of my personal diary, its biased toward the things I would rather remember and omitting those events that add nothing to the experience of living. Not to say ignore the negative but I don't always need to remember how many chocolate cake slices I ate, but merely state: "there was a chocolate cake that tasted great!" 😅

      So is the great curse of human memory and its lack of fidelity…it gets fuzzier the more time passes. So, in that sense, no matter how much we try to remember, are we doomed to the repetition of history?
      I agree, it’s 100% biased in certain ways…and sometimes it feels more pleasant to live in an overarching optimistic point of view of a certain story. However, if we wanted to lose weight, do we not need to count how many chocolate slices we ate?
      Great points, and thanks for sharing!😎✌🏼

      @@hoseysmoseys chocolate cake slice tracking goes into the diet journal, if losing weight is a priority. Personally, not an issue, but others it can be. Either way not all things need to be in our historical ledger, we can intuit "tasty cake" implies it was fervently enjoyed. Much like "we fell out over the game", you don't need to know much about the words exchanged, just the score and who supported which team. 😂😅
      Keep up the great work

    Do you think much or any of the history we have been taught is skewed or false because the powers that be want to manipulate certain parts of society?

    • @hoseysmoseys
      @hoseysmoseys  2 года назад +1

      I think this ties back to @HumblyNeil 's comment. History can be (not always) totally biased based on what we view as important or what we want to remember. In that sense, we cannot completely disprove or deny that history has been manipulated to a certain extent...it's in our nature.
