@@CardProtagonist but you could play BKWG deck beautifully. I mean, BKWG deck similar with Blue Eyes deck in yugioh early which focused on brute power and destruction
Black wargreymon seems busted , that was brutal being able to attack several times a turn. I thought Black Metalgarurumon was turning the corner until another Black Wargreymon landed.
Black wargreymon is the 3rd most expensive card in the game, omnimon is number 1 and metal greymon number 2. Omnimon is 15000 destroys all opponents digimon and cant be blocked when attacking. Metal greymon has 9000 breaks 2 shields when attacking but also if you evolve on top of it gives the digimon +3000.
It only seems busted bcoz they giving each other 7 to 8 memory... For dk what reasons.
The final Nail Bone made a lot of sense; the only ways to not be dead on board were to kill the Commandramon or play a second Blocker, and Nail Bone was a way to do the latter. It's not ideal, but if there wasn't a Devimon in hand there aren't a lot of other options.
Definitely a feels-bad line though, and there's definitely an argument that the Devimons shouldn't have been discarded in the first place to check BWG. But the line wasn't unreasonable.
@@Kestral287 they have been giving each other a lot of memory from the start. In a normal game, you be lucky to even get 3 without tamers. Also yes nailbone help to protect him but give enough memory to get to bwg which is worst. Rather he just play a blocker from hand if possible at least opp won't get to bwg to finish the game.
Eh, in my experience you wind up hitting the point where someone's deck misfires, the removal spell is too important not to play, or the on-play megas come out so certainly in normal games big swings do happen.
I do agree that they're probably a bit more aggressive with memory passing than they should be, mind. And perhaps I've just been jamming too much purple full of Piedmons and Trump Swords, which is skewing my own experience. But I find that passing with a lot of memory is usually more about controlling the timing of it than about whether or not it happens. While the final Nail Bone was definitely the case of some poor timing at some point during the game, it was also a case of not having other options at that point.
Obviously we don't know the hand but it's pretty unlikely that there *was* a blocker in hand on that turn. With no extra benefits in that case you'd absolutely hold the Nail Bone for your next BMGM or whatever and jam a Devimon.
Now, pitching all the Devimons off the looting effects was very aggressive, and I don't think I agree with that line, but I think that's actually where the key misplay was.

@@evile1690 That's not the only track that's been remixed from DW1 in Next Order, though. The day and night themes for File City were also remixed, as was the theme of Machinedramon.

@@sonicmaster047 well Ulforce plays very similar to BlackWGM, restand and just slap many many times, the only difference is digiburst for BWGM or tamer relient for Ulforce

Same here, one of my favorite digimon so I definitely need a deck centered around him. Was originally going to go with bt-03 BlackWargreymon with a secondary mega, but now I’m thinking about a deck that uses both versions of BlackWargreymon.

I have been a lifelong fan of Digimon ever since it came to the USA in August 1999. I avoided the TCGs we got before though, because I found them to be subpar at best, despite the good art.
Your videos showing the new cards have convinced me to pick up a couple of starter decks and also some packs possibly soon. I love how this is played and can see myself getting into it.

Love the digital card battle game ost remix playing in the background. Also BKWargreymon is so busted, kinda hoping this game won’t turn into a turn 1 win like Yu-Gi-Oh were you can barely play any card.

Blackwargreymon sounds a cool strategy and broken, being able to attack up to 3 times, haha you show tha he solo destroyed all his security memories.
Yeah the cool thing about Digimon TCG is that u can raise a custom digimon for a certain playstyle! Its just lots of fun to build and play! ^_^

I thought you can only play option cards when you have the same color card in battle area only? 1:25

If paddy had enough death claw he might have had the opportunity to discard 1 to his grave and dracmon could have recovered that over nail bone and used it put cpro at 1 memory with no digimon on field, preventing the second blackwargreymon from hitting field so soon. Cpro would evolve toyagumon and end turn and paddy would attack with his 4 digimon to win the game.
Ahh yes my only out was actually to go Black Wargrey as i couldn't break through all his blockers! I really thought i lose that game!

This is the first duel ive ever watched and my 1 question is: Is Black Wargreymon broken AF or what???
He's quite strong. However, the game was very close and essentially hinged on not having a blocker Devimon in hand. Aggressively pitching them to enable Nail Bone does make some sense but being forced to Nail Bone at cost in order to live is a very dangerous play, and we saw the punish for it here.

A question how did blk wargreymon attack at the end of the game? Wasnt he supposed to have summoning sickness (still new to the game)
moving a monster from the nursery to the battle zone isn't considered summoning so there was no summoning sickness when he digivolved into wargreymon.

Why starter agumon instead of gotsumon? Cause you like it more? That's cool and all but you are loosing blocking power there.
Hmm well Little agumon dosen't cost memory to attack was my reason for choosing him. Haha Gotsumon would work as well! Gotta try dem new cards! :3
@@CardProtagonist I can get the reasoning behind that but I find Gotsumon much more useful as a blocker as it will survive lots of level 3s and never really attack with it.

Multi Attacks are usually Blue's thing, since Black is a bit more defensive, BWGMon is an aggressive option for them which is goooood.

Why are they giving each other so much memory for? Normally u wld leave to as low as possible.
Purple gots high cost so it's a huge gamble to play but plus side is if you got a blocker in your deck it will help out slow down the game. Like any card game will have a huge price on it but has a great effect to help out in the long run
@@outlawstar2090 he can play those options cards with metal garuru for free. Also u wldnt want to giv black enough to get bwg after knowing they destroy all ur sec with it.

Well i think he wanted to get the 2nd blocker out as it was lethal my next turn (final turn). Haha it all came down to me being lucky that he didn't have an out to my 2 incoming attacks! :3
