    Great video! you're not going to believe this but I've had my Raptor for nearly two years and I've never really understood the shocks lol... I just bought it, jumped on it, and started riding but now as I'm beginning to modify the quad fine tuning is key and this video help me tune my shocks. Thank you!

      Thanks for the video how are you adjusting the rear shock spring under the seat? Do you have to take it out to fully adjust it? And is the tighter the spring the more weight it can take. I’m a bigger guy about 330 lbs and wanted to adjust the stock shocks before revalving for my weight

    When you turn rebound clicker on the bottom of the shocks you dont necessarily make it stiffer. The rebound clicker effects how fast the shock rebounds. If you turn it clockwise your shock will extend slower after being compressed, if you turn it counterclockwise your spring will extend to it's original length more quickly

    I just purchased my ‘20 Raptor 700r se. And the shocks look to be stock but the quad looks like it sits lower than from the factory. I think the coil spring has been adjusted but not 100% sure

    By doing this can it make my raptor sit lower?

    • @jtalonrider4769
      @jtalonrider4769  4 года назад +2

      No, to make it lower you need to relief the pressure from your spring

      @@jtalonrider4769 ok ty for replying . Is there any videos on how to do it

    • @jtalonrider4769
      @jtalonrider4769  4 года назад

      @@timellis3336 no sorry but if you look on your rear shock springs the rings are on top, you have to untied the rings and that should make it lower
