Feels like he is more focused on what sounds he makes, and the massage is kind of a second priority. To much punching and to little massage in total. The punching makes noises, i get it. But dude, asmr don't always have to be sounds, it can also be the movements. So drop the obsession about the sounds. Except for that, nice video!
Well there are other channel that do proper massage if that's what you want. This guy method's is always like this from his early massage video
