This reminds me so much of growing up in my grandma’s house when she’d give me a limpiada which is translated to cleaning to get rid of any stress or evil spirits that people wish on you. And growing up catholic it all makes perfect sense now why she would do it❤ this takes me back and ima ask my mom to do one on me now. Buenas noches todos y Dios los bendiga🙏🏽
This channel was my first ASMR experience, and I can never explain, adequately, how much of a blessing it has been over the years. I live with severe chronic pain and PTSD, anxiety, and panic disorder, but these videos create such a feeling of calm and slow me to relax enough to fall asleep. Before I knew what ASMR was (and none of us did until somewhere in the 00's) - I used to think the tingles was my hair growing, it was the only logical explanation I could think of - so any videos like this get my tingles cranked right up - I also swear ASMR does make my hair grow quicker and thicker, (I know that sounds weird) maybe its the scalp tingles stimulating it?
I've been always dreaming about having a relaxing massage like Dona esperanza does and today my dream became true ,finally I got that massage. It was super good but not as good as esperanza 's relaxing massage ❤ it was really a nice experience and I do recommend it. Best of luck Dona 🙏🤞
