  • In this video we go over an ideal movement to train the glutes and hamstrings using only your body.
    By adjusting foot placement and moving to pressing with only 1 let we can greatly increase the difficulty of the movement
    I program this for after you complete your squats in your training as far as order of movements
    Strong glutes and hamstrings will help prevent/ safeguard you from injury and aggravating low back pain as you age
