2:27 Thanks for your testimony. I was baptized in the early 60,s but was taught by my parents and the old elders that there is one god and his son and the holy Spirit which is the same spirit in both the Father and the Son. It's only recently that my eyes have been opened to the fact that the church doesn't. Thanks again for the inspiration to me. God bless you.
Thank you Ingo. A wonderful testimony and when someone speaks the truth it is clearly heard. It is good that God has his true ministers in the world during these last days. May God Bless you for your clear message of the truth spoken in love
I am an Adventist in East Africa. I have always been disturbed that ur church which was founded on biblical truth begun teaching none biblical doctrine like th the trinity. My personal stand has and still is this: " Jesus is everything he said he is no more no less". This means that if at all there is any contacting passages in the Bible then I will alway go with the Lord's own words. Jesus honoured his father all through his ministry on earth even his last words on the cross and the first words to Mary after resurrection. Brothers let us warship the God who created the world the heavens and all that in them is and have the testimony of our savior Jesus christ.
John 1:14 - And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
This is why I left the sda corporation 20 years ago, their doctrines denied the finished work on the cross and this teaching denies the deity of our beloved Saviour Jesus Christ. This is straight from Satan himself.
“The work is laid out before every soul that has acknowledged his faith in Jesus Christ by baptism, and has become a receiver of the pledge from the three persons-the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (MS 57, 1900).”
@ChrisDaniel-xy7lyThe Trinity denies that Jesus is really the son of God. In five years I have not found one Pastor or even a conference president that believes that Jesus is really the son of God
@ChrisDaniel-xy7ly AMEN, Hallelujah!! It is a shame how the enemy is using Seventh-day Adventist to destroy our doctrines. We have more to fear from within than without.
@@makingitsimple9730 none of the Pioneers nor even Ellen G white herself would be allowed to be baptized in the church today yet you keep thinking the Trinity is biblical...? What is wrong with you people?

Ingo's Testimoney was great. Good for you. I too have left my church and have gone with a non-Conference Church. The Trinity and the fundamental issues need to be changed from our church. Bless you, for following the guidance of the Lord.
Yeah sorry to say this but don’t you think it’s kind of childish to leave the church just because you disagree with a certain belief. Jesus still died on the cross for peoples sins regardless of what they believed he did not abandon them simply because they disagreed with him.😢😎

@@Love4Truth777 LORI WROTE: " we didn’t leave the church-the church left us, i.e., the church kicked us out. " Are you aware that no church or religion can save us? Jesus rebuked religion and taught us to place all of our trust in Him and not a man-made religion. By simpy believing in Jesus' works, not ours, we "have" eternal life and shall not perish. We are saved in our sins by His righteousness that was imputed to those who trust only in Him, when He was on the cross.
@@rickdavis2235 yes, I realize Satan has many false religions and distractions from the truth. God’s church is a spiritual one and I get my doctrine only from the Bible. Membership in any church will not save…only by abiding in Christ-being justified and walking with Him daily as He sanctifies us-is the way to go…but it is a narrow path and few find it according to Jesus in Matthew 7.
Sir Isaac Newton, considered the greatest scientist who ever lived, was also a student of the Bible, with an interest in Bible prophecy. He was considered a heretic because he did not believe in the traditional Trinity at his Trinity College. He believed there is God and Jesus was the mediator. Is that what you are saying as well? Newton's controversy regarding his disagreement with the Trinity concept was that believing Jesus was the mediator and not God in the flesh, that he was denying the divinity of God. What are your thoughts on this? I am wondering if Newton's thoughts on the Trinity are similar to what our SDA founders believed this as well.
I'm adding this video to my collection on my channel. What a great testimony! I've been an Adventist for the last 18 years but only discovered this truth about 3 years ago. What a journey! I never knew I could grow even closer to God in my relationship, but once you know the truth, everything has clarity like never before, which you can not explain to a trinitarian. When the Father Himself states that He is the God of Jesus, in Hebrews 1:9, and Jesus Himself says to Mary, "His Father and His God", then who are doubting what the Father and the Son themselves confess as truth?! Keeping Hebrews 1:8-9 in mind, NOW one can clearly also understand John 1:1, or Genesis 1:26. Everything just becomes so clear. As Sister White stated, you only have to read John 13 to 17 to know the truth about the Father and the Son's relationship.
@robertstephenson6806 I don't see any where in Acts 15 that does west with the 4th commandment. Yes, just the weekly Sabbath, as that was what was instituted at Creation and that is what is referred to in the 4th commandment. The other "Sabbaths" where ceremonial and connected to feast days. If you love me, keep my commandments.
@robertstephenson6806 robert, Here are two Bible texts that may help clear your confusion, and rediscover the biblical truth that Jesus Christ is God in the flesh: Colossians1:16 For by him (Jesus) were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether [they be] thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: . Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
@robertstephenson6806 You are wrong about many things! May be you need to look at Galatians 3:10! You also believe in the trinity, dont you? - the most God dishonering doctrine of all times! I challenge any SDA to: A. Show me any single bible verse where the trinity is EXPLICITLY stated (other than spurious verse in 1 John 5:7 - by the way, the fact that this verse was inserted into the KJV in violation of Revelation 22:18, speaks volumes about the truthfulness of trinity). B. Show a single verse in which the Holy Spirit requested to be honored as Jesus does in John 5:23 for example) *much less to be worshipped!* If he did not request you to make him a god and worship him, who do you think told you to worship in the trinity? The devil? C. The bible tell us EXPLICITLY that the Father created *"all things"* : Revelation 4:11; Ephesians 3:9. It also tells us that Jesus created all things: John 1:3; Colossians 1:16-17. Now not withstanding that 1 Corinthians 8:5-6 explains how and why we have two entities described as "creator" *can you provide us a single scripture in which the Holy Spirit created something or one thing, much less created "all things"?* D. Whenever, I ask trinitarians to show me scriptures in support of trinity, they take me to scriptures like Mathew 28:19 or 2 Corinthians 13:14,etc.. and point out that they are mentioned together and hence trinity. Then I ask: 1. What about where two of these are mentioned together with other entities other than one of these(Luke 9:26 [why doesn't Jesus also come in the glory of the Holy Spirit]; 1 Timothy 5:21[why is the Holy Spirit not a witness here])? 2. What about scriptures where only two are mentioned together and one of them is omitted (John 14:1 John 17:3; 1 Corinthians 8:5-6; *Revelation 5:11-14* )? What about these scriptures? Where is the Holy Spirit in these scriptures?
@robertstephenson6806 Why are you trying to put me in a religious box? Have you realy read and understood what Jesus was teaching us at Matthew 13:24-30&36-43? As for me, I only believe what the bible EXPLICITLY teaches: 1. I believe in John 14:1&6. Do you? 2. I believe in John 1:3 & Colossians 1:16-17 - *Jesus is my creator* and I therefore comply with 3. The prophecy at Isaiah 9:6 and call Jesus my *"Mighty God".* [John 5:22-23; John 8:24], Do you call Jesus, your Mighty God?
I was baptized in the SDA church 5 years ago, and it was in the name of the Father, Son, holy Spirit. Jesus himself said to be baptized in the name of the father, son, holy Spirit. God the father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit.
@@johnevegas Thats not what we say at all. We say the Father's spirit flows thru Christ to us. Jesus said it was his Father's spirit in him. There is one God, the Father, from whom flows all things. And Jesus, his begotten son. Read your Bible.
No where in bible do you see God listed that way. As for being baptized, it also says in a few places to baptize in Jesus's name. If you are to be filled with the Spirit after baptism then I would see why you would pray in that way, but you are being filled with Jesus and the Father by their Spirit.

The first mention of the Holy Spirit appears in genesis 1:2 - And the earth was without form and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep, and the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. Clearly this does not depict a separate person but THE SPIRIT of God -also known as the Holy Spirit.
God has blessed you, Ingo, by guiding you and protecting your whole life. Interestingly I also became an SDA in 1986 and was disfellowshipped in 2018 over the OTG belief. He is seated at the right hand of God and is greater than the angels. Hebrews 1:5 The Son is greater than the angels because God has made Him the heir of all things. Hebrews 1:6-7 The Son is greater than the angels because the angels have been commanded to worship Him and they serve Him. Hebrews 1:8-9 Still contrasting the Son with the angels, this verse talks about Christ’s throne lasting forever and God anointing Christ above everything. Hebrews 1:10-12 The Lord created the earth and the heavens, they will perish but the Lord is the same. Hebrews 1:13-14 God has never told the angels to sit at His right hand or told them He will make their enemies a footstool. Angels are made to do what God commands to help believers. Jesus christ himself told you, he cannot be everywhere all at the same time when he was here on earth so it was expedient for him to go so that the father could send the holy spirit. Jesus is not a deceiver, if the holy spirit is Jesus himself why he talk like that? The holy spirit came down on the day of Pentecost...
It is not essential for us to be able to define just what the Holy Spirit is. Christ tells us that the Spirit is the Comforter, "the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father." It is plainly declared regarding the Holy Spirit that, in His work of guiding men into all truth, "He shall not speak of Himself." John 15:26; 16:13.
I so agree. I do not read or speak Hebrew or Greek. But has God given us His word in English only to confuse those who do not understand Greek or Hebrew? Must we read the original manuscript in the original language in order to understand the Bible? Is the Lord incapable of revealing His truths necessary for salvation if the reader does not speak Hebrew or Greek? Please don’t be dogmatic about the nature of the Holy Ghost when God has not revealed everything about the Holy Ghost. Except we must understand what blasphemy against the Holy Ghost is (Luke 10:12). We must know this because if we commit this sin it will not be forgiven.

When people understand that Jesus spoke for God the same as David spoke for God, it makes perfect sense. Jesus spoke as the son, and when needed, spoke for God. Simple really.
Ingo good for you now you understand more about the Father the Son and the Holy Spirit, the problem that I found but (i am not totally sure) is you considerer the writing of Helen White as inspired , it is around 10 years ago that realized about the false doctrine of trinity but it is five years ago that I am not more Adventist or Christian. However I believe in the God head as Helen White not because it is in her writings but because it is in the bible. Shalom!
Unfortunately many people are divided on this issue and won’t come to light until the resurrection. I see both sides of the argument. It doesn’t appear to be a salvational issue. Those in favor of the “3 in 1” doctrine May believe it is. Either way I don’t see either side denying the Holy Spirit. It’s either a separate person to the godhead or it’s the Spirit of God and His demonstrative power. Too many scriptures are taken out of context to support both sides. I believe this requires a thorough study of the scriptures beginning in Genesis.

The problem with those who despite the Holy Spirit as person is that they make up man made rules and then try to fit the Bible in those rules. Just take the Bible as it stands. The nature of the Holy Spirit is a mystery. Men cannot explain it, because the Lord has not revealed it to them. Regarding such mysteries, which are too deep for human understanding, silence is golden. AA 52.1

The last verses mentioned above uses the word Advocate (for Jesus) which is the same word as Comforter in John 14:16. See I John 2:1,2.
I struggled with the issue of The Holy Ghost being an entity unto Himself once. I’m not well trained or versed in reading Hebrew nor Greek yet through plain reading i found clear understanding. I don’t claim to understand or know the entirety of this issue but something simple brought peace to my mind. It is as interchangeable with The Holy Ghost as it is with Jesus and The Father. Perhaps the root question can be which came first, God The Father or The Godhead. I’m sure everyone’s familiar with Levi paying tithe through Abraham. Ironically in this same manner Catholics call the biblical sabbath Jewish which isn’t incorrect. Following the Levi through Abraham model we see Judah in the seed of Adam. So in the creation week God created through the Word in Adam Jews, Spaniards, Vikings, etc. and The Holy Sabbath which God himself defined as a peculiar sign between Himself and his people, who happen to call themselves Jews. In conversation with the woman at the well he contended that the Jews knew what they worshipped, salvation is of the Jews. Changing lanes, can one become two, and can two become three without division? A single man can marry a woman and father a child and act as a single unit still. Were used to division and selfishness so we’re naturally opposed to this concept though we speak of family and unity. At a root i think it selfish motivation still, but it’s an aside note. Can a flock of birds borne off the same nest fly in formation towards the same destination? Can an iceberg calve off “new” bergs that flow independently? Are they the exact same material, derived of the same time, accomplishing the same task? And yet we name ice flows and bergs separately charting and recording them as independent masses. And we allow this for inanimate waters but challenge the notion where the spiritual is concerned? If you sever the body of tape worms they have the ability to regrow the missing pieces to regenerate fully. To question God’s existence before our own demise, without the simple ability to comprehend with a finite mind a never beginning eternity before our creation seems impossible and not about salvation. If I’m drowning with precious moments to spare and someone attempts to pull me to safety, there isn’t enough time to make sure his credentials and prior background checks qualify him to in fact extend his helping hand in the first place.
John 1:1 The ward was God It doesn’t say the ward was son of God When the ward becomes flesh In John 1:14 That is when the word is begotten taking human body and nature but without sin and becomes the son of God Jesus and the father are one Like husband and wife are one flesh I hope that God opens your eyes to see the truth like you preached on this subject 9 years ago

1. EUSEBIUS (C. 260-C. 340) was the Bishop of Caesarea and is known as “the Father of Church History.” Although he wrote prolifically, his most celebrated work is his Ecclesiastical History, a history of the Church from the Apostolic period until his own time. Today it is still the principal work on the history of the Church at that time. Eusebius quotes many verses in his writings, and Matthew 28:19 is one of them. He never quotes it as it appears today in modern Bibles, but always finishes the verse with the words “IN MY NAME.” For example, in Book III of his History, Chapter 5, Section 2, which is about the Jewish persecution of early Christians, we read: But the rest of the apostles, who had been incessantly plotted against with a view to their destruction, and had been driven out of the land of Judea, went unto all nations to preach the Gospel, RELYING UPON THE POWER OF CHRIST, WHO HAD SAID TO THEM, “GO YE AND MAKE DISCIPLES OF ALL THE NATIONS IN MY NAME.” Again, in his Oration in Praise of Emperor Constantine, Chapter 16, Section 8, we read: What king or prince in any age of the world, what philosopher, legislator or prophet, in civilized or barbarous lands, has attained so great a height of excellence, I say not after death, but while living still, and full of mighty power, as to fill the ears and tongues of all mankind with the praises of his name? Surely none save our only Saviour has done this, when, after his victory over death, he spoke the word to his followers, and fulfilled it by the event, saying to them, “GO YE AND MAKE DISCIPLES OF ALL NATIONS IN MY NAME.” Eusebius was present at the council of Nicaea and was involved in the debates about Arian teaching and whether Christ was God or a creation of God. We feel confident that if the manuscripts he had in front of him read “in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,” he would never have quoted it as “in my name.” Thus, we believe that the earliest manuscripts read “IN MY NAME,” and that the phrase was enlarged to reflect the orthodox position as Trinitarian influence spread. 2. If Matthew 28:19 is accurate as it stands in modern versions, then there is no explanation for the apparent disobedience of the apostles, since there is not a single occurrence of them baptizing anyone according to that formula. All the records in the New Testament show that people were baptized into the name of the Lord Jesus, just as the text Eusebius was quoting said to do. In other words, the “name of Jesus Christ,” i.e., all that he represents, is the element, or substance, into which people were figuratively “baptized.” “Peter replied, ‘Repent and be baptized, every one of you, IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST FOR THE FORGIVENESS OF YOUR SINS’” (Acts 2:38). “They had simply been baptized into the NAME OF THE LORD JESUS” (Acts 8:16). “So he ordered that they be baptized in the NAME OF JESUS CHRIST” (Acts 10:48). “On hearing this, they were baptized into THE NAME OF THE LORD JESUS” (Acts 19:5). We cannot imagine any reason for the Apostles and others in Acts to disobey a command of the risen Christ. To us, it seems clear that Christ said to baptize in his name, and that was what the early Church did. PHILIPPIANS 2 9 THEREFORE GOD EXALTED HIM TO THE HIGHEST PLACE, AND GAVE HIM THE NAME ABOVE ALL NAMES, 10 THAT AT THE NAME OF JESUS EVERY KNEE SHOULD BOW, IN HEAVEN AND ON EARTH AND UNDER THE EARTH, TO THE GLORY OF GOD THE FATHER. [FOR THEY ARE ONE - ONE SPIRIT - THROUGH ALL AND IN ALL.] GOD BLESS YOU AND MAY THE PEACE OF JESUS CHRIST THE PRINCE OF PEACE BE WITH YOU ALWAYS..
“Ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you; and ye shall be witnesses unto Me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” “All power is given unto Me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost; teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you; and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world.” Just before He left them, Christ gave His disciples this promise of the Holy Spirit, and while the words were upon His lips, He ascended. A cloud of angels received Him, and escorted Him to the city of God. The disciples returned to Jerusalem, knowing now that Jesus was indeed the Son of God. Their faith was unclouded, and they waited for the fulfilment of the promise, preparing themselves by prayer for the baptism of the Holy Spirit. ST September 20, 1899

The SDA church in any form is not the remnant church. God has taken it and given it to the Hebrew Roots/ Torah movement. They are teaching all the truths now and have a right understanding of the Law and Grace in the story of salvation. They are the ones that are truly keeping all the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus.
@forshizzleinthehizzl wrote: " As long as people understand the Holy Spirit is not a separate person from the Father and the Son, you’re on the right track. " How did you come to the conclusion that the Holy Spirit is not separate from the Father and Son?
Nowhere in scripture is the Holy Spirit referred to as a separate person. It’s the power that proceeds forth from the Father. Satan has deceived the churches today with the “3 persons in 1” doctrine.

@@Love4Truth777 But the "word" here is in reference to the Prophecy of Isaiah, not the entire Bible, and it is specifically repudiating necromancy, and has nothing to do with the question of sources of systematic theology.
@@henrylansing9734 I disagree. The Bible says: To the LAW AND to the Testimony! If they do not speak according to The LAW AND Testimony, it is because there is no light in them. That includes all the Bible.
@@Love4Truth777 Why does it include the whole Bible? You do realize that at the time of this prophecy, neither the New Testament nor much of the Old, was even written yet? So what you're doing is engaging the text via anachronism. The "they" here is also not in reference to people universally, but to the Israelites as they struggled between hearing God's Prophets and listening to necromancers. If you widen this range of people, you're not reading the text in its proper context which amounts to an abuse of Scripture.
@@henrylansing9734 yes, I understand that but Jesus also used all the Scriptures-“And beginning at Moses and all the Prophets, He expounded to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself.” Luke 24:27. Back to your original question-if a doctrine is from the church then it does need to be proven true from Scripture otherwise you could be deceived and following a lie. “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.” 2 Timothy 3:16,17. Many of the Scriptures in the Old Testament when it refers to the Israelites (God’s chosen people) can be spiritually useful in guiding God’s church in the New Testament era. (Type and Antitype). The church replaced the Jewish nation when they rejected Jesus Christ as their Messiah as the chosen instrument to bring the gospel to all the world. For example, in Isaiah 8:16: “Bind up the testimony, seal the law among My disciples…” can be spiritually applied to God’s people in the end times: Revelation 7:3: “Do not harm the earth…till we have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads.” God seals His people with His truth-His Laws. See Hebrew 8:10; Psalm 91:4; Revelation 14:12.
You quote James 2:19 that there is one God. The word here used is "heis" which can mean numerically one, but it can also mean united as in 1 Co 3:8 "Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one (heis)." This text clearly shows that the person that plants the church and he that waters the church are united in their goal - to forward God's kingdom. They are one - united in this goal. They are not one in the sense of being just one person. Jesus says in Joh 17:21-22 "that they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one." Here again, it is clearly shown that Jesus and God is one - united - and that Jesus wants his church - composed of many believers - to be one, united in purpose and character.
Ellen White never used the word trinity because of the inherent misunderstanding of the term trinity. Catholic Church teaches a false trinity message the involves the nature of God and Jesus. This also involves Mary as a co-redemmer with Christ. The Father, The Son and the Holy Spirit are all co-equal and co-existent as one in the Godhead.
The speaker emphasizes his mistreatment by the brethren while avoiding any real Bible proof of his theology. If you love the brethren you may be able to forgive their sins without rejecting the clear Bible position that the Deity is made up of three eternal Persons.
I hear you quite clearly but there are gaps on both sides of the divide. How can you sin against a thing and not a person? To the point where sinning against the Holy Spirit is unpardonable while sinning against Jesus can be pardoned? Why can't God be seen as plural? Doesn't it have a plural connotation (ending) in the Hebrew language. While I do not embrace the Catholic theology on trinity. We can't categorically say God comprises only one being. Jesus even been the son is still God Phil 2:6, Jesus says when you see me you see the Father. Also all that the Father have belongs to the son John16:15. Ananias and Sapphira Acts 5: 3 sin against the Holy Spirit and died. If the Holy Spirit was a mere force and not God why would they need to die? Acts 8:16 states "he" was not yet fallen upon them that were baptized. Vs 15 tells us this reference the Holy Spirit. Our pioneers did not embrace the Trinity as presented in 1872 because they didn't want to associate with the Catholics but by 1880 they held the Holy Spirit was a person. Some of us believe the presentation of the doctrines by the pioneers were flawless. That's why they refuse to subscribe to creedswhich were seeing as unchangeable and chose beliefs which could be modified as better understanding was reveal to them through Bible study and the Holy Spirit. We shouldn't be loosing jobs over things that we can't 100% proof. Somethings we can hold in our hearts like Mary who held that which Jesus told her when he was young and watch for their fulfillment.
@@rickdavis2235 The whole triniatarian controversy. I guess I need both sides laid out where I can see & compare them. I get so lost in it. @@juleebishop5735 Don't feel alone Julee because there are a lot of Christians who don't understand the Trinity so it's easy for them to dismiss it. The plain truth is that Christians believe that the sacred scriptures are breathed out by God and are infallible, inerrant and inspired and are the truth. Jesus said, "sanctify them in the truth; Your word is truth." Know that the scriptures are literally the word of God, we have to approach the Trinity with the understanding that it is how God revealed himself to us, one God in three persons. The early Jews never thought that God was unitarian. That's just a lie that today's Jews, and unitarians, spread but we have ancient writings from before Christ where the Jews were trying to figure out who this second power in heaven was. Jews believe one eternal God exists so when God gave them His word and they wrote it down the way they received it, it confused them. Who was this presence of the LORD or the angel of the LORD in the Old Testament? Who was this second Yahweh that we see in verses like Genesis 19:24? Genesis 19:24 Then Yahweh rained on Sodom and Gomorrah sulfur and fire from Yahweh out of heaven. They believed in the plurality of God but couldn't figure out who this was until Christians came along and said, "He is the one you crucified". That's when Judaism became a unitarian religion. The one eternal God has revealed himself to us in three persons; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Who raised Jesus from the dead? There are verses that give credit to all 3 persons. ___________________ Exodus 3:1-4 1 Now Moses was tending the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian. And he led the flock to the back of the desert, and came to Horeb, the mountain of God. 2 And the Angel of the LORD appeared to him in a flame of fire from the midst of a bush. So he looked, and behold, the bush was burning with fire, but the bush was not consumed. 3 Then Moses said, “I will now turn aside and see this great sight, why the bush does not burn.” 4 When the LORD saw that he turned aside to look, God called to him from the midst of the bush and said, “Moses, Moses!” And he said, “Here I am.” The question is; who is in the bush. According to verse 2, the Angel of the LORD is in the bush but when we look at verse 4, it says, “When the LORD (YWHW) saw that he turned aside to look, God (elohim) called to him from the midst of the bush and said, “Moses, Moses!” In this mix, we have the angel of the LORD, YHWH and elohim in the bush. Are there 3 of them in the bush or are they all one and the same? We know they re all one and the same because by the time we get to Exodus 3, we already have other indications of the who the angel of the LORD is in the biblical text. _________________________ Daniel 7:9-10 9 “As I looked, thrones were placed, and the Ancient of Days took his seat; his clothing was white as snow, and the hair of his head like pure wool; his throne was fiery flames; its wheels were burning fire. 10 A stream of fire issued and came out from before him; a thousand thousands served him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him; the court sat in judgment, and the books were opened. There’s a lot of rabbinic inter-testamental discussion on this passage. The passage reads, “as I looked, thrones, (notice the plural, were placed, and the Ancient of Days took His seat;”) We know that the Ancient of Days is God, so God is seated now, “his clothing was white as snow, and the hair of his head like pure wool; his throne was fiery flames; its wheels were burning fire.” This is language drawn from Ezekiel 1 where it’s very clearly God on His throne chariot, so there’s no ambiguity here. This is God. A stream of fire issued and came out from before him;” …so on and so forth, “the court sat in judgment, and the books were opened.” You may ask what’s the big deal. Well, if you go down to verse 13, we read: “I saw in the night visions, and behold, with the clouds of heaven there came one like a Son of Man, and He came to the Ancient of Days and was presented before Him.” So we have a second figure here. They’re both in the same verse, Son of Man and Ancient of Days, but it’s to the Son of Man that everlasting kingship is given. We need to talk about the coming on the clouds of heaven because the Jewish community knew that that was an epithet, a title that you would give only to deity, and only to YHWH, but YHWH is already in the passage so who’s this other guy? He’s the Son of Man, in other words, one like a human being. This is why we have the Trinity. It merely defines what we see when we read scripture. People who argue against argue from ignorance, choosing to follow the teachings of others rather than do their own research. We don't have to believe in the Trinity to be saved but if we don't, it usually points to other problems like false gospels and false Jesus' that we are warned about in scripture. God bless you and please ask questions if you have more.

By simpy believing in Jesus' works, not ours, we "have" eternal life and shall not perish. I never knew I could grow even closer to God in my relationship, but once you know the truth, everything has clarity like never before, which you can not explain to a trinitarian. When the Father Himself states that He is the God of Jesus, in Hebrews 1:9, and Jesus Himself says to Mary, "His Father and His God", then who are doubting what the Father and the Son themselves confess as truth?! Keeping Hebrews 1:8-9 in mind, NOW one can clearly also understand John 1:1, or Genesis 1:26. Everything just becomes so clear. I was baptized in the SDA church 5 years ago, and it was in the name of the Father, Son, holy Spirit. Jesus himself said to be baptized in the name of the father, son, holy Spirit. God the father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit.
Right on. These antitrinitarians are confused. They teach that the father and the son are blended into one person called the Holy Spirit.
But he never said that the three are one!
Where in the Bible does it say God the holy spirit. What it does say is the spirit of God and of Jesus. Read your Bible.

"God the Father calls his Son God"
@@bradbradbury8561 Hi Brother,
Let us look at the verse in context of the Chapter and the message God was laying out.
Hebrews 1:1-2
The law and the prophets came to their peak in Christ. Christ is God’s Son and the heir of all things.
Hebrews 1:3-4
Christ is the exact representation of God and all things exist because of Christ. He is seated at the right hand of God and is greater than the angels.
Hebrews 1:5
The Son is greater than the angels because God has made Him the heir of all things.
Hebrews 1:6-7
The Son is greater than the angels because the angels have been commanded to worship Him and they serve Him.
Hebrews 1:8-9
Still contrasting the Son with the angels, this verse talks about Christ’s throne lasting forever and God anointing Christ above everything.
Hebrews 1:10-12
The Lord created the earth and the heavens, they will perish but the Lord is the same.
Hebrews 1:13-14
God has never told the angels to sit at His right hand or told them He will make their enemies a footstool. Angels are made to do what God commands to help believers.
Christ was the begotten Son, now God has made Christ the anointed Son and refers to Him as God. Because he was Begat from the Father...He is the divine heir of the Father.
I hope that helps.

Good teaching thank you. Ltr 66 We want the Holy Spirit which is Jesus Christ. Pretty clear. God bless you all.
God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit are 3 seperate persons. Working as one..
He is Jesus because He represents His character. There are so many quotes before 1890 where Ellen White writes that the Holy Spirit is a separate person, personality. Personality is the same thing, just more pronounced. You can look it up in the old dictionary.
@Samuelxkls I agree with you. LtR 66 We want the Holy Spirit, which is Jesus Christ.
Thank you for knowing us about the doctrine of trinity...why our leaders allow this kind of teachings that comes from babylon?is our church is already in apostasy?is the spirit of God gradually departed in our church?

Unfortunately many people are divided on this issue and won’t come to light until the resurrection. I see both sides of the argument. It doesn’t appear to be a salvational issue. Those in favor of the “3 in 1” doctrine May believe it is. Either way I don’t see either side denying the Holy Spirit. It’s either a separate person to the godhead or it’s the Spirit of God and His demonstrative power. Too many scriptures are taken out of context to support both sides. I believe this requires a thorough study of the scriptures beginning in Genesis.

The nature of the Holy Spirit is a mystery. Men cannot explain it, because the Lord has not revealed it to them. Men having fanciful views may bring together passages of Scripture and put a human construction on them, but the acceptance of these views will not strengthen the church. Regarding such mysteries, which are too deep for human understanding, silence is golden. AA 52.1
@josuearvizu4688 We are not trying to explain the nature of the HS but WHO the HS is. It is revealed in the Bible. It is the Spirit OF God and the Spirit of His Son. Study the following Scriptures:

John 1:1

The Pagan trinity is Father, Mother, Child worship. Completely different.
@@BDB-lt5gd The final issue will be over the Sabbath. The point i wanted to highlight was that the Sabbath is a "sign" that points us and leads our focus to the One True God. Why do we need to stop working? Because, God asked us to stop. So that we would be reminded each week that it is not by our work/labour that we are saved! The Sabbath recognises 1. He created all things & He alone is Holy 2. It is by His work that we are saved. 3. He sanctifies us! 4. He redeems us. 5. His Son Justifies us.
4th Commandment
Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
Exodus 31:13
Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the LORD that doth sanctify you.
Those that keep the Sabbath Holy will tell you that Sabbath is not a burden....it is a Blessing and a Gift. To pause and reflect on Him who created and redeemed us.
By altering the Sabbath, The dark powers of Satan have created a fake day of worship to another god. The 1st Day has not been made Holy. Satan conjured up a trinity god.God is Not 3 in 1! He alone is God. He has a son and he communicates with us through His Spirit. John 14:23

I am antintrinitarian, but I affirm the Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ based on:
1. The bible informs us that Jesus is our creator (John 1:3 & Colossians 1:16-17). Jesus created *"all things"* (including me and you)....so we can worship him as our creator.
2. The bible EXPLICITLY instructs us to treat him as such (Isaiah 9:6 & John 5:23).
*So your poste is ultimately MISLEADING and FALSE!* All antintrinitarians do not deny the Deity of Jesua Christ!
Trinity is not equal to Jesus deity! That is what many of you have been *brainwashed and indoctrinated to believe.*
But the truth is simple:
If you don't have a single scripture in which:
1. You were EXPLICITLY told or at least encouraged to honor, glorify or praise the Holy Spirit *much less WORSHIP him,*
2. You have at least *one example of a true servant of God in the OT or a first century Christian who worshiped the Holy Spirit* (thus leaving an example for you to follow) or
3. The Holy Spirit himself (or Jesus or the Father ) asked you or at least encouraged you to worship him (as Jesus does ask us for himself at John 5:23 or John 14:1&6 for example).
Then *I am afraid; It is the demons INSTRUCTING YOU to worship the Holy Spirit (1 Timothy 4:1; 1 Corinthians 4:6; 1 John 4:1&6; Romans 10:2-3)!*
Unfortunately, I have to tell you the truth in love! *The bible simply does NOT teach the worship of the Holy Spirit* ..i am sorry...it doesnt.. *but it is satan who wants to be worshipped who mascarades as the Holy Spirit within the false doctrine of trinity, so that he can get you people to inadvertently WORSHIP HIM as well in the FALSE doctrine of trinit.*

He never quotes it as it appears today in modern Bibles, but always finishes the verse with the words “IN MY NAME.” For example, in Book III of his History, Chapter 5, Section 2, which is about the Jewish persecution of early Christians, we read:
But the rest of the apostles, who had been incessantly plotted against with a view to their destruction, and had been driven out of the land of Judea, went unto all nations to preach the Gospel, RELYING UPON THE POWER OF CHRIST, WHO HAD SAID TO THEM, “GO YE AND MAKE DISCIPLES OF ALL THE NATIONS IN MY NAME.”
Again, in his Oration in Praise of Emperor Constantine, Chapter 16, Section 8, we read:
What king or prince in any age of the world, what philosopher, legislator or prophet, in civilized or barbarous lands, has attained so great a height of excellence, I say not after death, but while living still, and full of mighty power, as to fill the ears and tongues of all mankind with the praises of his name? Surely none save our only Saviour has done this, when, after his victory over death, he spoke the word to his followers, and fulfilled it by the event, saying to them, “GO YE AND MAKE DISCIPLES OF ALL NATIONS IN MY NAME.”
Eusebius was present at the council of Nicaea and was involved in the debates about Arian teaching and whether Christ was God or a creation of God.

You are lost!
I challenge any SDA to:
Now not withstanding that 1 Corinthians 8:5-6 explains how and why we have two entries described as "creator" *can you provide us a single scripture in which the Holy Spirit created something or one thing, much less created "all things"?*
D. Whenever, I ask trinitarians to show me a single scriptures, the take me to scriptures like Mathew 28:19 or 2 Corinthians 13:14,etc.. and point out that they are mentioned together and hence trinity. Then I ask:
I smell something funny Anytime somebody has to change God's Word to back up there belief (1 John 5:7)
But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His. Romans 8

Genesis 1:26 - And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
In Genesis 1:26 God was speaking to Jesus (His Son). Several NEW Testament texts prove this to be so.
For instance, John 1:1-3; Hebrews 1:1-2; Ephesians 3:9 and Colossians 1:15-17

As I u/stand it it was Charlemagne the great who proposed to add "filio que" (and from the Son) to the Nicene Creed that finally split the latin and Greek churches.

We meditate about the famous quote of William Tyndale "God open king's eyes "
As long as people understand the Holy Spirit is not a separate person from the Father and the Son, you’re on the right track.

How did you come to the conclusion that the Holy Spirit is not separate from the Father and Son?
Nowhere in scripture is the Holy Spirit referred to as a separate person. It’s the power that proceeds forth from the Father. Satan has deceived the churches today with the “3 persons in 1” doctrine.

Where is it in the Bible that every doctrine has to be proved by the Bible?
Isaiah 8:20: To the Law and to the Testimony! If they do not speak according to THIS word, it is because there is NO light in them. KJV
“All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.”
2 Timothy 3:16,17.
For example, in Isaiah 8:16:
“Bind up the testimony, seal the law among My disciples…” can be spiritually applied to God’s people in the end times:
Revelation 7:3:
“Do not harm the earth…till we have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads.”
God seals His people with His truth-His Laws. See Hebrew 8:10; Psalm 91:4; Revelation 14:12.
Wonderful story !
From one German to a other I say your doing a great job

@@juleebishop5735
Don't feel alone Julee because there are a lot of Christians who don't understand the Trinity so it's easy for them to dismiss it.
Genesis 19:24
Then Yahweh rained on Sodom and Gomorrah sulfur and fire from Yahweh out of heaven.

Exodus 3:1-4
1 Now Moses was tending the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian. And he led the flock to the back of the desert, and came to Horeb, the mountain of God.
2 And the Angel of the LORD appeared to him in a flame of fire from the midst of a bush. So he looked, and behold, the bush was burning with fire, but the bush was not consumed.
3 Then Moses said, “I will now turn aside and see this great sight, why the bush does not burn.”
4 When the LORD saw that he turned aside to look, God called to him from the midst of the bush and said, “Moses, Moses!” And he said, “Here I am.”
The question is; who is in the bush. According to verse 2, the Angel of the LORD is in the bush but when we look at verse 4, it says, “When the LORD (YWHW) saw that he turned aside to look, God (elohim) called to him from the midst of the bush and said, “Moses, Moses!”
In this mix, we have the angel of the LORD, YHWH and elohim in the bush. Are there 3 of them in the bush or are they all one and the same? We know they re all one and the same because by the time we get to Exodus 3, we already have other indications of the who the angel of the LORD is in the biblical text.

Daniel 7:9-10
9 “As I looked, thrones were placed, and the Ancient of Days took his seat;
his clothing was white as snow, and the hair of his head like pure wool;
his throne was fiery flames; its wheels were burning fire.
10 A stream of fire issued and came out from before him;
a thousand thousands served him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him;
the court sat in judgment, and the books were opened.
There’s a lot of rabbinic inter-testamental discussion on this passage. The passage reads, “as I looked, thrones, (notice the plural, were placed, and the Ancient of Days took His seat;”)
We know that the Ancient of Days is God, so God is seated now, “his clothing was white as snow, and the hair of his head like pure wool; his throne was fiery flames; its wheels were burning fire.” This is language drawn from Ezekiel 1 where it’s very clearly God on His throne chariot, so there’s no ambiguity here. This is God.
A stream of fire issued and came out from before him;” …so on and so forth, “the court sat in judgment, and the books were opened.”
You may ask what’s the big deal.
