I find it so interesting that Chen actually has a pretty low/deeper voice when he talks but his singing voice is definitely in the upper registers even when singing normally.
Lol even when he talks he tends to sound very loud perhaps without even noticing it, I can't imagine how arguing with him must sound like 😭
His lower register when singing also is actually really good (I definitely recommend his Drunken Truth and It's Fortunate covers) he has a pretty wide range.
Pretty sure that Chen can sing notes lower than Chanyeol. He has the widest vocal range in EXO.
@@labota249 Listening to some of his solo stuff, he definitely has more of a baritone tesitura which makes his volume and control in his upper register even more impressive. The fact that he's the one that hits the high notes in EXO CBX rather than the two tenors in that trio just goes to show what an incredible voice he has.
He has the best lower register among kpop idols, actually his upper register is the least comfortable for him
