  • Filmed in 2023. I've got a couple of new videos filmed 2 weeks ago, on my NEW phone, while I was away in North Wales, hence why I didn't upload another clip the other week. I honestly would have filmed more lifts while I was away, but sadly that didn't happen. Anyway, here is one of two which I did film, located at probably the poshest Peacocks store I've come across, situated in Llandudno, which I am hoping to revisit next year to explore more of the place and film more lifts!
Anyway, this lift is an unbranded generic hydraulic, looking to have been installed in the early 2000s. Levels -1 and -2 are locked off basement floors. It's got an incredibly loud chime, and has obviously seen better days, hence the slightly scruffy interior, doors and taped up indicator on the lower call button. Why I said "taped up zero" was because it has obviously been ages since I filmed a lift! XD

that lift is not what you'd hope for in a posh store lol the tape on the external indicator is the cherry on top

I think this might be a Hi-tec, because it looks very similar to the Lift at the Old River Island in Milton Keynes. Though the difference in that one was it was branded and it had different Buttons. It also had a Very Loud Chime which i did not like.

It could be a MacPuarsa with replaced fixtures; the chime screams MP, as do the indicators, though if it was an aftermarket panel you'd expect US91-EN Dewhurst instead of US91-15.
