That's what I love about the old school death metal - no ridiculous equipment, no armors, no clothes from sponsors, no posing. Just a couple of guys dressed very much same as their fans playing some insane music. Hail Unleashed!

Saw Morbid Angel, Entombed, and Unleashed for Blessed are the Sick, Left Hand Path, and Where No life Dwells in El Paso, TX @Club 101 on 10/22/1991. We tore the barricade down and fought with security. That was one of the best concerts in my entire life!

I got this album when I was a freshman in high school 1991. The production is nice and chunky. Very good brutal dry mix. Still sounds great to me :)

I remember seeing these guys support Morbid Angel in '92, but the drummer couldn't get a visa into Ireland, and so the lead singer played the drums and sang as well. Fair play I tells ya!

I remember a story that actually Pete Sandoval filled in for the drummer, this led to the songs being noticeably faster, as Pete didnt have much time to adjust to the slower paceing of Unleashed.
