Scaramouche kinda needs us to get his way to Baal... and even if it's evil to help him, we have no other option if we want to travel to Inazuma - he probably knows some ways to enter the country, since he's an "Inazumian". Or at least this is what I think MiHoYo should do; it would be far more interesting than "oh, there's a random npc and a random ship to Inazuma, let's go". Edit: the time has passed and this theory failed, I'm aware of the new information. Still, I think we may get Scaramouche on 6th June 2022. I'd be happy if MiHoYo decided to release him sooner, but I doubt it. I haven't pulled anything since Xiao release, so right now I'm calmly saving primo for C2 and maybe a gold weapon for this lil cute amgery boi C':

Do you remember the strange tree in which some kind of evil creature was sealed and it's "close to awakening"? Well, it may actually be Baizhu - resurrecting and thus very weak. Anyway, even if it's not him, Baizhu is mentioned in Hu Tao's story, so you can expect him soon enough. I also believe that MiHoYo would like to finish releasing Liyue's characters before an official Inazuma's start in 1.6/1.7.

I honestly love how you give more expression on Scaramouche in your MMDs. The physics too are soft and not buggy. Also taking off the hat and having them in some shots is interesting in a good way.
