    These videos have been inspiring and informative, to a point. What would be a good follow-up would be a video illustrating WHICH types of lime were used in each application. In Europe and the UK we are supplied with several grades of NHL limes, putty, unslaked (hot) lime, each being more applicable to a function than the others.

      You will find that detail in the individual process and application focused videos in the same playlist

      @farmaanandaa  8 месяцев назад

      Maintenance is discussed in each individual video In the playlist Building with Lime. Cost is mostly a function of labour cost .. you'll have to explore that locally

    Manisha ! Thanks for every answer against my questions. " Bring Lime into your building" starts right from the hierarchy. My question Is " Did you used " Steel / Sarya" in your foundations ?

    • @farmaanandaa
      @farmaanandaa  Месяц назад

      No not in the foundation. But we did build a plinth beam which had steel in it

  • @AmirSaleemShah
    @AmirSaleemShah Месяц назад +1

    On Exterior walls only " Lime Wash " What do you means " Lime Wash " . As far as I understand Lime + Water and brush on the exterior walls ? Am I correct , Manish ?

    I am using lime sand plaster for cement brick work house. I am confused about ceilings. What should be constituents for lime putty in rcc ceilings? Also what about wall joins where lime plaster meets with cement sand plaster (my kitchen & bathrooms are cement plastered while rest of area is lime plaster)?
