This was the most complex Rush tour ever! They did so many visual things that sometimes I felt like I could not keep up. Thanks Rush! Worth every penny!

thanks man...got here through one of the many beautiful Rush groups on Facebook. Added it to my Rush playlist. Incredible! RUSH ON!
@instantbrother, thank you so much for your KIND words! Not that too many will be interested, but the other day I was able to upload a video a shot at an ACDC show I went to back last April of "Let There Be Rock". The reason I wasn't able to was due to it's length (14:55). I consider it one of my best! Once again THANKS for your kind words!
@rshcry24 Give the guy a break. He's at a Rush show, taking time to record it for YOU to watch and you criticize him for not holding the recorder properly. Come on!!
@rshcry24 Thanks for the compliment and critique. Regarding holding the thing, there were many videos I shot at the show where I was holding the camera with my arms outstretched all the way upward in order to eliminate any obstacles that might block the video. Believe me, there were times where my arms were giving but I held them up and did it all in the name of RUSH and Rock & Roll! LOL! Regarding me accidentally blocking the mic, it's a tiny pin hole located in the front, I did my best...
@stripes5150 thanks for the explanation, that's the most reasonable one I've heard; I always thought it might've been how my left index finger might have accidentally and temporarily covered the tiny mic opening on the top of the camera (could be a combination of both though)....
@high8us regarding the volume, I didn't turn it up nor down...so taking that into consideration I suppose it was just a "default" setting....thanks for the compliment!
@xhamlin There are 2 guitar parts there during the choruses, the arpeggiated part and the rhythm chords part. Alex simply chose the rhythm guitar part. On the actual studio cut, the rhythm part is more predominate so he made the right choice to play that as if he didn't or let the rhythm part play as a sample THEN it would look and sound not too cool.
Hey , dont Michael Jakson Mr Neil Peart , thats got to be hot . we need him around forever . we need all of them around forever . Love this band ...... Any guys want to jam to some Rush songs . i am in Melbourne Australia.
Do any of you know what that symbol is on Geddy's base? I like symbols; I'm wondering whether its alchemical or the type of base, or some type of sexuality marker, or a drug code or if its like "call home after the show". Any of you know?
The mentioned arpeggiated guitar line is triggered. You don't need to be an specialist to realize that there are 2 simultaneous guitar lines being played and only one guitar player. Anyway, rush has being triggering stuff for a long time, not only the synths, but some guitar lines and a lot of geddy's backing vocals.
@Joseph1Krautheim As I posted on a video of the same song: As Geddy has said, they strive to make their music on stage sound as good as the recordings. Well, I watched the Time Machine in Vegas, and I have to say, the concert version was better than the recording. Of course I just might be a bias Rush freak.
@xhamlin You have no idea what you are talking about. I was on the front row for this show right in front of Alex. There were no triggered guitar parts. Please return to Lady Ga Ga or where ever you came from!
@xhamlin There is no debate, you don't have a clue what they're dealing with and why they make the choices they do, you merely use suppostion to determine a point with no fair right at accuracy.. way to go dude..yeah - you rock a'right
@xhamlin How could I hate you? Your shallow. If anything I pity your selfishness, but I honor your right to free speech, even if you have no business judging these guys..walka mile in their shoes n such.
LOL every year geddy and alex fight over the amps AKA this year the amps were hooked up to those clock things 2008/09 the chicken roasters 2007 the washng machines whats next a freaking car or a fridge that would be funny
Aw, come on, my neighbor is a 64 year-old doctor and he's got 6-pack abs, I shit u not. So yes, Neil can lose a few pounds. U don't want him collapsing from a stroke, do u?
Ok, another reason for me to be annoyed with Rush lately. You can tell on this video that the arpeggiated guitar in the chorus is being triggered, and Alex is just strumming during it. WTF??? Why can't he play that while Geddy is playing the bass parts?
LOL!!! I just noticed the sausage churning out of the machine hahaha. Those guys are so silly.
This was the most complex Rush tour ever! They did so many visual things that sometimes I felt like I could not keep up. Thanks Rush! Worth every penny!

Intense from an ever evolving band.......
Excellent! I saw the show last night...at least I can jam out on this anytime...thanks bro!
Amazing quality man! Love it! Even though there were a few slip ups, it's the best live version of the song I've seen so far.
Dude i was there! and From the looks of it no more than 3 or 4 rows back from this camera! We could feel those big ass flames way back there!

@rshcry24 Give the guy a break. He's at a Rush show, taking time to record it for YOU to watch and you criticize him for not holding the recorder properly. Come on!!
Good pan view, fairly steady. Lucky center.
@rshcry24 Thanks for the compliment and critique. This is the best video version shot yet. Very nice job & thanks for sharing. Other songs shot? BU2B?
@stripes5150 thanks for the explanation, that's the most reasonable one I've heard; I always thought it might've been how my left index finger might have accidentally and temporarily covered the tiny mic opening on the top of the camera (could be a combination of both though)....

@couch63 They were about 25 rows back but in the center, so yeah...they were pretty good seats!
I was there with my uncle and my other uncle....
seeing them friday for 3rd time
@xhamlin There are 2 guitar parts there during the choruses, the arpeggiated part and the rhythm chords part. Alex simply chose the rhythm guitar part. When zooming in or out it changes the volume level of the recording.
Mike Portnoy was there
@ChristianDG111 Thanks for the compliment! Box 1, Row I, Seat 2...
I almost got to go to this concert :(
@rbbarbero no, it wasn't with the new iPhone nor any other type of phone. Thanks for the compliment!
@irocknroll4ever well as Geddy stated at the beginning of the video, "Thank you so much!"...

@zackjp The fridge was on the Test for Echo tour. That's what started the whole thing.

Hey, Wickedcurve: What did you shoot this on? I'm wondering if it was on the new iPhone4. Great vid!!!!
He's got a new bass...... Geddy.
@wickedcurve did u ever notice the roady at 3:06 between neil and geddys steam thingy kinda in the back round
@badback22 Thank you...!
@wickedcurve I could feel them from the nose-bleeds! it was crazy...
great vid...do u turn the volume down when recording?
@ladrums1000 I know he is, and it's great quality. It was just something to think about for the next time he records something.
Great video! Where were you sitting at?
@dzl3ru2112 That's what I thought it was too. I have no idea what happened there, lol.
@dejablu591 Thank you!

@rushtabconvideo unfortunately, no I didn't get that one. Sorry...

@dzl3ru2112
he popped his ears, he had ear problems on this tour
The quality is fantastic, but you really need to learn how to hold the thing, and stop blocking the audio. Hard to appreciate the sound.
@PhotoGib You're welcome...
@wickedcurve Yeah, I'm sure you did do your best. It's great quality, just gets a little annoying at times, lol.
great video !! start your own buisness man !!!!
When do they do a "Who" farewell tour?We will all be dead...seriously
@Joseph1Krautheim

I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and guess you've never heard Geddy's album My Favorite Headache.
Where were the flares?
@stripes5150 Well put!!!
Sounds like a tune that could've come off of 'Headache.'
@xhamlin There is no debate, you don't have a clue what they're dealing with and why they make the choices they do, you merely use suppostion to determine a point with no fair right at accuracy.. way to go dude..yeah - you rock a'right

@secretworld1 I'll be in the front row. Shame I'll have to sit through dross like this though.
Still 0 people that have stopped thinking big.
@Ragemous sorry the truth hurts. Don't hate the messenger.
@LightningCat315 Really? Holy cow, that was such a horrible mastering job, and on such a great record too.
you need to turn up the bass he is the star of the show and there isn't any bass....but good vid
@Joseph1Krautheim ^5's!
Aw, come on, my neighbor is a 64 year-old doctor and he's got 6-pack abs, I shit u not. So yes, Neil can lose a few pounds. U don't want him collapsing from a stroke, do u?
wow.. this bitch rocksssssssss

No disrespect, but the god of drums really needs to lose some weight. Just sayin'...
@mr3n10 you're welcome!
