Ascendancy is pretty much a start to finish record for me. Every song has its catchiness. My personal favorite is "Like Light To the Flies" although this song in particular is special because it's the first Trivium song I've ever heard
I’ll never forget when I went to see children of Bodom and Amon amarth and this new band called trivium walked out and stole the show. for me it was like seeing Metallica back in the day in a small la club but better, I knew that day this band was the next Metallica, been following them ever since and watching/hearing them grow has been amazing.

I've yet to have an album from them I've disliked. I prefer their metalcore over their thrashy stuff bc I like screams, but they still kill it with every release.
