Nice! I've read a little bit of PKD but only one or two of his stories from this era. I love to hear about these older stories. I've been fascinated by his mind/concepts for quite a while.
I was going to read this one but never got to it. Sounds like a fun story. I'm surprised Outer Limits or The Twilight zone didn't have it as an episode back then. It would be a great candidate for an episode on Electric Dreams 2nd season. I started picking up the 90s Grafton paperback versions of these, so I think this story is in the Beyond Lies the Wub collection.
