- With winter set in and heavy rains in Tasmania I'm unable to prospect the larger rivers.
Plans change and I end up sniping a creek I've worked many times before. The smaller feeder creeks have better water clarity in times of heavy rain so I'm forced to work this smaller creek. What seems to be a misfortune at first ends up leading me to a fortune and quickly becomes the most successful prospecting trip on this creek I've ever had when I find multiple gold nuggets.
