    Thanks for this .. I have been looking for such video for premium plotting layouts and you made it .. thanks for this.. could you please mention which ones are providing security with monthly mainatance ?

      Glad you found it useful! All the projects that we have covered provide security as they are gated.
      Monthly maintenance charges are applicable for all and is usually 3 -4.5 Rs per sqft.

    Greenrich highlands, last i checked in April 2024, was going at 40-45k.

      Hi Mr.Nikhil - yes, the ones closer to the road are ~45k. The interior ones are ~35-40k based on my conversation about 3 months ago.

      Hi there, thanks for your comment and great point about Organo. I haven’t covered their projects yet as they focus on building the homes for you.
      That said, I truly applaud Organo's vision. Their concept is both commendable and unique, blending rural ways of living with urban lifestyles. The standout feature-growing your own food while living in sustainable homes-is truly ahead of its time and much needed in today's world.
      However, it’s worth noting that this approach is still very niche and appeals to a smaller segment of the population. My suggestion would be to view it less as a short-term financial ROI project and more as an opportunity to embrace the lifestyle benefits it offers.

      Great video Praj, very helpful. Perhaps you may want to explore how gated apartments appreciate over tge years - from construction to OC to first 3 years and after 10-12 years. After how many years does the capital appreciation plateau

    Prestige orchards is anywhere between 65k-70k last I checked

      Thanks for sharing Mr. Ramakrishna and keeping me honest.
      Based on my sources it ranges from 55k-70k and the variance depends on the size, facing etc. This is based on a visit in Sep 2024.
      I've combined the projects near Shamshabad and shared the average going rate but you are right that Prestige Orchards is an outlier and more expensive.

      My expertise is mainly in the western and southern parts of Hyderabad. Not very well versed with other parts of the city. One project that stood out was Narne East City.
