Murphy are major contractors in rail and general infrastructure
The little van in the middle is owned by RSK Environmental. They'll likely be on site to do initial environmental surveys which will need to be done before any disturbance works can be undertaken and will be required in order for the contractors to determine methodology and costs.
The area keeps looking great and by the way keep up with the updates.
Looking forward for the announcement to come up soon.

It will probably be an archaeological sweep and also you'll get environmentalists coming round checking for rare animals etc before the site is developed.
I wanted to speculate that this could be Murphy preparing a basecamp type thing, but the archaeological van and the borehole drill thing kinda ruins that. But then why would Murphy be along with those? It boggles the mind.
I thought that but those same guys were doing boreholes the other week. They had a welfare van with them but these guys got a mini container dropped off by a lorry this morning.

Nice update! Potentially stupid comment incoming: I'm continually amazed how steady the footage is. When you turn it's like a camera mounted on a pole rather than slung from a drone.
I don't use the default settings that DJI drones come with. I change a few settings so my footage doesn't look like every other drone video out there.
Ultimately drone videos are incredibly boring unless you can add context and make them your own.

Is there an announcement due soon, I noticed a few reports last day or so one being in Financial Times about them bringing one of the best theme parks in the world to Bedford. Is this a sign they have made a decision?
As far as I know they have not announced any decision yet however they are still spending a tonne of money on contractors so that's a positive. Hopefully we will hear soon. I see Financial Times used my aerial image too. Nice.

They haven’t stated it’s going ahead yet. These are just there testing the ground. Still a while off until it start if it does go ahead. Needs planning permission first too.

@@jakethepro4335 doesn’t mean nothing. They still need planning permission to build the park, still a lot of work before they can even start digging up the ground.
Yes you are right they do need planning before they build anything but they are free to announce their intentions without any planning so I think this is what we will hear in the coming weeks. Hopefully.
@@ProjectUniversalUK You’ll defiantly see the planning as it goes into the public domain. Also once planning has gone through, it’ll probably take a few months go ahead. If it goes ahead, get planning through without any mishaps, I reckon they’ll start end of this year or next year.

@@ProjectUniversalUK I want to get it for getting aerial shots for film making. I also want to get the new Blackmagic 12K cine cameras too. I’m hoping to get them before November next year so I can film the remembrance service in Northampton again like I’ve tried to before

@@ProjectUniversalUK it's a waterpark resort said to be built next to the Trafford centre. As far as I know, no progress has taken place, presumably due to funding, but who knows, it could still happen, but it's uncertain. I will see if it did get built around 2031, and even if I did, chances are it still won't be built
