Think about the bigger picture of now, and maybe twenty years from now. Looking at statistics now of homelessness, joblessness and reduced funding of SNAP and welfare. Do you think that USA can handle a steady influx without end?
There are over 42 million people in Central America alone,
Picture The possibility of even HALF those people, 21 million, moving to USA. Do you think USA can handle them too? What about if it was only a quarter of that, 10.5 million? Do you think welfare, the job situation or any other vital service can handle that?
And when the situation is overwhelming because they're coming in too fast, who will you tell they have to go home because you're finally full?
How will so many people survive when there are no jobs left, no governmental money to give and the food banks are empty.
And if all the decent, hardworking Central American people, are going to USA for a new life, where does that leave the criminal element? Why should we just help people in “our” country ?Shouldnt we help EVERYONE we see?youre selective about the people you help?
No, we shouldn´t help everyone. You have to focus your attention and effort to effectively be able to help instead of helping everyone in which case nobody gets good help. Yes, as a society we should help citizens in need; have a social security safety net, have affordable healthcare etc. At the same time you really help people by teaching and motivating them to stand on their own: not everybody has good intentions and tries to take advantage of the system. A society has to find the right balance between fairness, practicallity and taking care of their own citizens without attracting all the people in the world.

@Useless Nintendo Account MAGA Pro life They were, it was natives land. The only difference is now it’s written into law.
Also, delete your account please ;) you’re for all the wrong things.
@Useless Nintendo Account MAGA Pro life I literally said they had no law already 🤣. The point is they came here, took the land and then made the natives migrate to other places in the US where they weren’t from. You’re wrong.
@Lagarto Branco it was their land regardless of the written law. Then they were forced into new places for no reason. Your people stole this country for indigenous people. Or I’m assuming you’re from this population since you’re being so ignorant.
@Lagarto Branco It belonged to them. If you had some mf candy and someone stole it you’d be pissed 🤣. You’re weak lmfao
It's never wrong to be kind and compassionate.

I think it is so sweet and beautiful when you experience the reaction of complete strangers and suddenly hear a story or see something of the character. They are normal people you probably would never have approached, you don't know and you would never have asked them, but that's so precious I love it. Unbelievable!
I like how they protect the children by putting headphones on so they don’t hear.
All of these children being held in detention centres are going to suffer a life time of trauma, I just want to go and help them all, it breaks my heart
6:23 That man’s face when the lady said that is everything. A whole mood😂😂😂😂
How is she illegal when people like her were there first, working their butts off to build this country.
YES!!!
Because colonizers did not come to America illegally.
@@andrepoghosyan8269 First of all, they did. The "forefathers" of the US were not in the country legally, and they were also colonizers. Not that it was any fault of their own, but the point still stands. Secondly, this was shot in Texas, formerly part of Mexico before the US took it. Very much of the US used to be Mexico. I love whenever there’s a child involved they have them wear headphones like it’s great that they do that do that they don’t hear something that could be damaging

@Bullets in Bacon Grease you do realize that they portray the bad guys as white people because 1. )The white actor/actress CHOSE to play that role 2.) It's usually white people (I said usually not all before you start yelling) who tell immigrants to go back to their country. (Based on several videos of them harassing immigrants)

Why is it that an adopted child means she’s not your daughter? Ummm, last I checked an adopted child is as much a son or daughter as someone who shares blood. My best friend is adopted and she is as much a daughter to her parents as I am to mine.
I'm adopted, in the way my bio mom gave up her rights so my mom by law adopted me and my two brothers. My dad is still my bio dad. Both treat all 3 of us well and my dad's entire side treets us well. But for a part of my mom's side we're not family, they have asked on multiple occasions that only the parents go to events, that only is applicable to the 5 of us. Some of the things we have been asked to be left out of include being asked not to attend funerals for several family members, being asked not to attend weddings, and not going to family reunions. However there is a group on that side that does treat us well but it's a group of maybe 10 people out of a lot. Those 10 people sat to come to things they even encourage my parents to bring us. So i wish even when someone is adopted they would be included in everything as if they were family
Is not an adopted child she is just being “sponsored “ for the woman , while the parents can’t be with her so she won’t be in that jails. english is not ny first lenguaje, but thats what i understood :)
@@letsletslets what I mean is the first woman said, “Oh she’s not my daughter” and the other said “oh she’s adopted then.” I was referring to how she said it like and adopted daughter is not the same as a daughter when in real life they aren’t different.
@@elisabethmather5174 aaah ok , i think that’s for the character has to look like a bad person . Like a very rude person.
@@letsletslets oh that makes sense. Thanks!
I say if you can afford to help and genuinely WANT to help then do it because funds alone isn't enough to help a child you need to be caring and understanding! xxx
This has so much meaning to me because, I got greatest opportunity to have parents that are legally US citizens. But the other day, just because a lady heard me talking Spanish to my mom. She told me why shouldn't my family and me go back to Mexico where we come from before immigration gets us and sends us back. My parents and me are proudly born in Mexico. But it doesn't mean were illegal, for all the people who are Latinos and are embarrassed to speak Spanish. Be proud and speak it.
The first guy didn’t pass the vibe check
he was correct
I don’t get people who shame others for adopting foreign children or Sponsoring Immigrants. They’re doing a nice thing, why does it matter if it’s not a child from the country you’re currently in? Some people want to escape injustice.
His point was valid but he didn’t have to discuss this in front of the child. Other than that I fully agree with him
I got to know about this situation by reading an article by Shakira.. I literally feel bad for the innocent children who are separated from their parents and don't know whether they'll be able to see their parents again😓
How could anyone be upset about helping a child? Dont matter where they were born their human beings!
There's an aspect about immigration that hardly gets mentioned: Immigrants who've come to the US, legally and illegally, and who after a few years of living here they decide they don't like it and move back home. I've known entire families who've done that. This idea that the entire world is obsessed with moving to the US is simply ridiculous, the vast majority of the nearly 8 billion people in the world are happy about where they live. When many come here they find out how they have to slave to make a living, how you have to have a car to do just about anything, how your neighbors don't care about you because of who you are, pay mortgages for 15-30 years. Forgot to turn on your headlights while driving? $170 fine. A tail light out? $120 fine. Need an tooth implant? $2000! People come and go, no big deal.
All I have to say to that is... come to Canada. We protect everyone.
But our indigenous people.
But everyone else is welcome
Johnny Quest61 this is crazy
Chichopuente so stupid
Yeah technically everyone is an immigrant unless you are Native American or something,I count as a immigrant cuz my family was born in Cambodia and I was born in America tho and true my family wants to go back but also wants to stay cuz bad stuff is also happening in there
That’s the Bracero program in a nutshell and how it was pitched to reluctant farmers or their state officials when it was introduced: “migrant workers that have zero interest in moving here.” If we didn’t have the aid of our migrant workers we wouldn’t have been able to feed the countrymen here and abroad (and our allies) during ww2. It’s infuriating to see “patriots” spout racial nonsense about people & matters they know nothing about!!!!
It’s really nice how WWYD always chooses to support local businesses
Look Idc where she’s from I don’t even care if she’s there illegally all in see is a little girl who needs someone to look after her
Just my opinion okay don’t hate on me or this girl
Children are children and should be cared for and protected regardless of where they were born.
