I just discovered meditation and tools like this i am just stumbling upon really is amazing to experience. It makes it much, much easier to fall into a meditation state and much quicker. I could feel myself letting go of tension, worry and stress as it continued on and i keep breathing as it all melts away.
I can literally feel myself in a pretty altered mental state after especially when it ends and i am sitting in silence. Its so powerful and amazing. I am just now realizing how stressed and tense i really was and didnt even realize it i was so used to being this way everyday. i look forward to healing. Thank you for sharing.

I really enjoyed the vibrations I felt as I meditated. I definitely zoned out well..
One thing I wish, is to have a buffer of sorts between the end of the music and video. Once the add kicked on, I felt like I hit a brick wall of reality. I wasn't ready for it. Perhaps just another 30-45 seconds of silence/ nature sounds to denote the ending of your session.

I have OCD and when I heard this tibetan bowls I felt myself shaking. So much fear and pain and parts of my body randomly reacting differently. Also felt that it did me good. Maybe it's the beginning of a healing process? Thank you very much 🙏
try it few more times and how your body reacts and be your own guide and judge. I would suggest start with once a week, then twice a week...depends on how you feel in few weeks later you will be able to decide if it really helps or :)
