At altitude, there is not less oxygen, there is a drop in atmospheric pressure which reduces the ability for gas exchange when we breathe. Please get the basics right. There is a lot of misinformation and poor advice in this video.
the bummer is you haven't tried any of these....seems you are just spurting off some librarian knowledge....not very helpful Rich Roll
