    For yen years I lived at 7500 ft elevation. My health and fitness went downhill quickly. After ten years I moved to 4500 ft elevation and my health and fitness both improved greatly. FYI only, YMMV.

    Excellent interview Glenn. Slightly complicated at first but as the interview evolved it became clear how useful this altitude training concept can be as a tool for non atheletic purposes like treating pathology like peripheral vascular disease.

    13:45 says normabaric 3000m = 2700m real altitude.
