Hi Sasikala, this video is part of the trek preparation series. But you can do it on the trek as well. We have many of trekkers doing yoga before they start their day on the trek.
Hi, I’m going to Adi Kailash in June, if I start practicing this now will it help me to open up my lung capacity? Also, during the trip I should do this as well every day?
best to take a go ahead from your doctor . But if the nasal blockages are very mild , it’s ok to go for a trek. Make sure to stay hydrated and carry a decongestant.
Do trek leaders are busy all time of the year or do you guys get a break? I am sure there are trekking trails for all seasons while some of them may overlap as well. I know you guys are busiest during holidays and weekends but what about your holidays?! 😅
