@@hotdrumchickI bake my garlic in the corner of oven (when I'm already baking something) so no extra effort or cost. I take out the hot garlic mush it & while it's hot I add the parmesan & herbs. The video uses it while it's hot, I would cool it in the fridge. Once solid it is a flavoured butter useful in anything from morning toast to chicken skewers.
