Have you tried seeing a physical therapist about your knee? My left knee has been hurting for 2 years without xray and MR showing anything. Just last month I saw a PT as kind of a last resort. He analyzed the way I walk very thoroughly - and turns out I move my left foot weird when I walk. That strains the tendons in the knee, thus the pain. Maybe it's something along those lines for you too. Worth a try!
My three bucket list wishes are: 1. Being more outgoing, so I can finally have some friends to do stuff with. 2. Finally finishing school. 3. Traveling to south Korea and some Scandinavian countries.
Thank you Chase, I'm still here, still waiting for my top surgery letters to go through insurance, and KNOW how a knee injury can cramp your style! My hip and heel tendons also gave out, Just as a stupid question, have you ever taken Ciprofloxacin/Levoquin/fluoroquinalone class of antibiotics? I found out they can cause sever tendon tears and ruptures even YEARS past the tie you took them? I'm falling apart very quickly here, and taking NSAIDS (aspirin, ibuprofen, cortisone shots) can make it progress even further quicker?) not to scare you, just curious. I know you're in Canada and have some info more readily available to you than in the U. S., Just making sure there's not further damage to your bucket list or your fav pass time of running! BLESS!!!
if u were to learn new recipes i would def be interested in watching ur cooking videos three bucket list wishes: 1. write books or essays that help others 2. travel to multiple countries in asia 3. own a pit bull/great dane puppy 😊
I seen that on the You’re So Brave podcast and I made a list when y’all were lol. I think that’s an excellent idea to put getting your knee better on your bucket list and I would definitely love to see you do vegan recipes again, Vegan Queer Kitchen. My top this are 1) Accepting myself more 2) traveling more (I have super anxiety on that) 3) work on my writing stories

Chase, it might be an issue with your back causing your knee pain. Try a chiropractor. They've personally helped me a lot.
