- A short video maintenance report in the CC "COMPRESSOR" in Kiev, one of the three compressors of the ammonia refrigeration system after 50,000 hours of operation.
Complete diagnostics, dismantling, replacement of spare parts (complete set of thrust bearings, sliding bearings, sealing washers, lock washers, performance control components ...) and assembling the screw compressor Mycom 320 VLD was carried out.
During the disassembly, assembly and replacement of parts of the unit, engineers of the service center from SPE "Promtekhgrup" were cautious when handling parts. Since Mycom 320 VLD is a high-quality and delicate machine operating at very high speed, a small error in the assembly, adjustment or clearance can lead to the need for a complete replacement of the rotor and other major expensive components of the unit.

Первый раз, за свою 18 летнюю практику, вижу, чтоб выставляли Торцевой зазор, а потом устанавливали подшипник. Я думаю японцы долго смеялись, а Хироши до сих пор.

Данное видео не является пошаговой инструкцией по сборке или ремонте компрессора, а лишь отчет нашей проделанной работы.
В ином случаи эго продолжительность была бы в десятки раз дольше и с комментариями инженера.

Виталий, а подскажите, пожалуйста, как вообще выставляется этот зазор, если вас не затруднит (или может у вас есть на эту тему материал), интересуюсь ,потому что связан с эксплуатацией, но не имею опыта переборки КМ. Спасибо за ответ.

Ну это как то связано с затяжкой торсионной шайбы или моментом затяжки болтов на подшипниковом сальнике??

Доброго дня. А на що саме садили прокладку кришки, і з яким зусиллям затягували її?
Якщо ви маєте на увазі чим змащували, то це була графітова змазка
Затяжка болтів виконували чітко по технічній документації
