- Service center "Compressor" performed maintenance of the ammonia refrigeration system such as chiller, namely repair of screw compressor Mycom 200 VLD (Mayekawa)
Regardless of the level of danger of working with ammonia, it is a common choice of refrigerant in very large cooling systems, as in this case with the dairy “Galicia”.
There are three main reasons for choosing ammonia as a refrigerant:
• The physical properties of ammonia make it effective and efficient for large systems.
• It quickly collapses in the environment, minimizing potential environmental impacts.
• Any spill or accidental release can be quickly identified due to a strong and pungent odor (ammonia).
The risks associated with ammonia cooling can be significantly reduced through careful management, maintenance and scheduled repairs.
Part of this process is the clear marking of the pipes and equipment used.
Checking the ammonia refrigeration unit, complete diagnosis and analysis of the compressor.
Replacing parts such as:
• mechanical seal
• potentiometer with microswitch,
• set of thrust bearings,
• set of gaskets and seals,
• retaining ring with oil sealing sleeve,
• set of lock and torsion washers,
• oil cleaning filters...
Removal and installation of the discharge indicator for the correct functioning of the mechanism and the definition of a safe method when servicing this part of the compressor.
An important and significant part of the cost of maintenance and repair of screw compressors is the replacement of a set of thrust bearings and the installation of a shaft seal. Therefore, this part of the service is very delicate, and it is important that this service be performed correctly.
Using only special tools, the engineers of the Service Center "Compressor" was carefully executed:
• measurement and adjustment of gaps,
• check and alignment of shafts,
• assembly and start-up of the unit.

Прибыли в одном контейнере вместе с другими деталями.
Думаю, что неправильно будет на таком дорогостоящем оборудовании оставлять старые запчасти или какие-то другие компоненты.
Или нет? Как вы считаете?

Развитые страны уже давно переходят на CO2, а в случаи пром масштабов возвращаются к NH3.
Хоть NH3 ядовитый в больших объемах, но не такой пагубный для природы относительно других хладагентов.

Сколько смотрю видео на Ютубе, про эти макопы, все почему-то, лезут менять подшипники, причем меняют только наружные! Внутренние же никто даже не думает менять! Больше похоже на развод клиента!

Подшипники или другие детали меняют только по *необходимости* или в связи *планового обслуживания* (по истечению конкретного срока эксплуатации)

Советский маслоохладитель большой, у нас они не забиваются часто, там отверстия большие
У него маслоохладитель часто забивается ? У нас просто она забивается часто, вода у нас плохая, там много минералов, дырочки забиваются, мы ставили фильтр для воды, но все равно забивается, что можно сделать ? Что посоветуете на этот случай? Мы что только не делали , чистили вручную , и специальной кислотой мыли, но все равно эти дырочки забиваются, Может другой маслоохладитель поставить от советского компрессора ?
Из за этого быстро нагревается, набирает 60 С° , и останавливается.
