    The first minutes are a good characterization of Will Ferrell's character in Stranger than Fiction. Great video. Makes me think of the many lessons from the research on neuroplasticity.

      Go to other RUclips clips. There are many examples of lessons. Some are long and some are shorter.

      How can you understand something that Mosche Feldenkrais was studying for years. The best is to join a group of Ferdenkrais.

      That you could improve or expand on anything that you do, from as simple as your walking to as complex as your thinking. Learning a new language, for example, the ability to see and understand the different patterns, would be almost like reading upside down for the brain. It would require the flexibility and adaptability of the brain, which is what he is talking about but if the brain is rigid, if it only knows habitual ways, then it would take great efforts for it to learn. He is teaching our brains how to learn
