    Great Vic! Obviously they were recreating the atmosphere of the days when Vic played with Bobby Hackett at NYCs Roosevelt Grill. I have the recordings. The cornet replacement for Bobby is unknown to me, I will have to check him out--- he sounded great! (Larry Weiss)

    Great trombonists sometimes make great singers especially if they have the wit and timing of Vic or Big T

    Larry Weiss is strongly influenced by Bobby Hackett's style.
