    Its' clearly had building on it previously - if they aren't there, and no signs of debris, then its pretty safe to assume that the typhoons wipe out that island pretty regularly.
    But you can see where coral has been extracted, and there is still a concrete foundation there and evidence of pontoons for docks.

    Judging by the palms on the leeward side, this " island " probably gets flooded out in a high tide storm.
    I would still buy it, if I had the money. I would build a huge lighthouse and live in it...solid concrete base up to about 40 feet high and live at the top of the tower.

      ​@@video-en-direct Chez Sotheby's a 22 500 000 Francs Pacifique 188000€ en arondissant , à ce prix là c'est donné , mais il y a d'énormes contraintes , rien que le coûts d'y construire quelques chose , c'est de l'eau peu profonde autour tu oublies les gros bateaux pour transporter ton matos , tout vaut 40% plus cher , mais tu n'as pas besoin de fenêtres , des volets a persiennes suffisent dans une maison créole , ah et vue la position t'as plutôt intérêt a construire en hauteur .
