You have to buy minecraft first. There are 2 different minecrafts. Java and Bedrock. Java features mods like the herobrine mod I'm using. Bedrock is the one without mods. To get java you search "Minecraft.net*. There should be a option to buy minecraft on PC. So yeah, hope this helps
