For one thing, Tia was never able to look at anyone else, and sealed her heart against everyone but the root of that was Ruve/Rube, and so no one could have ever opened her up to romantic love again like he did. Next, isn't romantic, but Tia is irreplaceable in terms of being an empress. No one can compete with her. Third, the changes that occurred in the second life changed both Tia and Ruve/Rube so much. I can't compare Ruve/Rube the second to the first. He would never dream of hurting her like that in the second life. Finally, Sein, I think always realised that Tia would be with the prince eventually and so he never really tried to gain her love and she didn't notice until it was too late.

What about a kdrama? It's more common in South Korea than animations. In Japan anime are more popular than dramas while in S. Korea dramas are more common and popular than animations
Korea animation industry is too weak compared to their dramas, there is some adaptation but the animation is kind of weird, anyway, I think korean animator would rather go to work at japan, in some anime ending credit you can see korean names.
When I recommend this manhua to my sister, she became fascinated because of the art style until she understood the story. She cried for Carsien because she thought that Carsein is the best man in this story, knowing that Tia still eventually ends up with the prince. Then, she relates the story into her life as she said when there is a chance given to her, she won't come back to her toxic ex even he changed into better in the second life. She would grab the chance to turn her path right and stick her goals in mind because she really has loathed her ex. Carsein X Tia for the win!

Ik Ruve is a new person now and all but i still cant bring myself to like him. Carsein is the best! 🥲 But yeah, just a little tip to ease your heart. The past Ruve did get sober again after 4 years of Tia's death because he got the antidote for the poison from Marquis Mirwa. And yes, he did realized his mistakes after that, but eventually died running away from Duke Jena's people that chased after him. He missed Tia a lot some moments before he died and even wished to had a talk with Tia in the afterlife right before he died.

The worst thing is that Tia could and should have been the one who told him, not Ruve finding out himself. Then there is Allen who supports her in every way who suddenly said she was just dreaming, while Ruve who at that time still hold grudges against Aristia COMPLETELY believes Tia's letter.
@@boo722It's the different in personality. I read the novel, so it's easier to see every characters personalities up close. Allen is just sick in mind, but acting good in front of Tia. He's probably the baddest one, but gladly, Tia snapped out of her feeling for Allen before it's too late. While Ruve is still a good man, despite his upbringing, he's just desperate for love, hence making him hate Tia for getting loves that he always wanted. But growing up, he became more mature, snapped out of his hatred towards Tia after realizing that it's childish to remain like that, and ended up being a good person altogether. It's easy to dismiss the good sides of Ruve because of his cruel past self. But people forget that he was poisoned right after he became the emperor in the past, leading him to not even acted aggressively, but even killed some people, and even forget his memories. He was not in the right mind or even sober in the past. He actually came to his senses again after the poison was neutralized in the past, right before he died. But the real Ruve is actually quite rational. Of course, I still hate past Ruve.

Carsein and Aristia are indeed SOOOOO cute together, but Carsein is a secondary character in the story so I don't know if they would be together T-T The main characters is Ruveliss, the prince, and Aristia... I'm not sure if the author is gonna get them together, but maybe. Although, I really do hope that's not the case.

The story of this manhwa is pretty sad for me , I feel bad for the MC , I don't like how the story end and I don't like the ML. When I was reading it I almost don't want to continue reading it but I want to know happen to Tia and I didn't like how the story went.
The story has its twists and turns. You will love it once the in depth part is out. The behind the scenes part explaining why the situation was like that.
tbf in the novel it's expanded much better. 1st timeline ruveliss never actually killed her father, he just said it because he wanted to elicit a response from her- he just never expected aristia to stab him. keiran was still alive, but since he was loyal to the crown, he couldn't stop the execution and later took his own life just after aristia's death. it does make 1st timeline ruveliss an even bigger asshole tho.
Haha. I understand your hatred. I hated him too. But he never killed Tia's father actually. He just lied to Tia at that time because Tia was cold towards him right after sleeping with him (well, he's just fucked up in the mind at that time because of the poison). But actually at that time, he intended to warm up to Tia after Tia gave him a faint smile and sleep with him like a real wife and not a doll. I still didn't like him though because if he really want Tia to act like a human to him, he should act like a human towards Tia first! Okay, I'm done getting angry to him. But Tia's death is not entirely his fault, sadly. The only wrong thing he did at that time was to trigger Tia by saying that her father was already being killed. At that time, Ruve believed that Tia was trying to use him for her benefits (cursed the mouth of the palace maids spreading false rumours). So, he was satisfied after seeing Tia stabbing him, proving that she really had ill intention towards him. But he knew that he couldn't just punish Tia because she was a Monique. He actually gone into several meetings after that to discuss the punishment for Tia and kept asking Tia's father for his decision, but Tia's father just remained silent. Until in one meeting, he opened up his mouth to let Tia being punished by kill because she might not want to live anymore after committing treason like that. At that time, Ruve was actually shocked by her father's decision because hr could actually free Tia if he wanted too. And this just made Ruve hated Monique family even more thinking that they're wicked. Even before Tia was killed, he almost stopped the killing process after seeing Tia cried, but Jiun closed his mouth and stopped his hands at that time, probably realizing what he was trying to do (curse Jiun!). He thought that Tia would look at him with anger because she wanted to kill him, so he was shocked seeing Tia actually cried and look so sad at that time. That's why he wanted to stop the killing.
Lol I hope Jieun comes soon because I want some more drama and because when she comes I want to see if Ruve has really changed before I ship him with Tia.

@@maimagdi4489 I haven't actually read the novel but I read a spoiler before. It said Jieun felt guilty and came to the conclusion that Tia was more deserving and befitting of an Empress. So yeah she sacrificed her holy powers to go back time and change what she had done, and somehow broke free from Fucker Zena/Jenna or whatev. At the original timeline, Jieun was so dumb and irresponsible that people noticed and blamed her for some stuff and got a pretty bad reputation.
I saw a spoiler for how this ends and now I don't even want to finish it. It's sad because the beginning and the entire premise was so good, not to mention the great art.
I suggest you keep reading. A lot of people have dropped this amazing manhwa purely because someone spoiled the ending while the hate was still strong, unwilling to see *how* the author progressed the story to make the ending the way it is. The ending is actually very sweet if you see the progress they both went through and why the leads are the where they are in the end. Edit: syntax

They'd done such a good job of making him despicable that I was unable to root for the ship even after it was explained what actually happened. I guess I don't hate him but I definitely don't like him. It's irreparable for me. And tbh I dislike the idea that even after the truth is all out, she can just get over the trauma and love him again. It doesn't feel believable to me. But that's just my opinion.
@@andreacall3024 I can where you're coming from. I guess the things that 1st Ruve did was just too much for some people. For me though, Tia didn't just get over her trauma she slowly overcame it with the help of her dad, Allen, and Carsein over time and when finally acknowledged to herself that the Ruve now and the Ruve then is different and stopped overlapping the two, is when she truly got over her trauma. I'm not saying she completely forgot about it, just that she isn't letting it become an obstacle for her decisions anymore. I guess that's why I'm more accepting of the result.
Ruve was poisoned in his 1st life so we can't blame him for his actions but yea mc had trauma cuz of him. Still, he's far more nice than other two guys with tia in her 2nd life. He don't deserve the hate he's getting after ALL HE DID FOR TIA IN HER 2ND LIFE..Also, the 2nd is the real world since in the present timeline 1st life never existed.
I like A LOT of things about this webtoon. The art is fantastic, the transition from kids to adults was amazing. Characters aren't typical and have a depth to them. Overall amazing just wish they were more detailed in some aspects from the novel, because for those who've read it they can understand some characters more while those who haven't, can't and I am one of those so I had to drop the webtoon. It's just wayy too bitter, when you know how past can influence you. They did okay with that by making Aristia fearful at the start but no so well at the end. (Still recommend it tho cause readers still like it and for the art) *SPOILER AND MORE OPINION FROM HERE* : The ending makes no sense and is very unsatisfying for readers who know trauma because they feel bad for Tia. NOT ONE WOULD DO WHAT ARISTIA DID AND FEEL THAT IT'S UNFAIR FOR ONLY HER TO REMEMBER THE THINGS SHE WAS PUT THROUGH WHILE BEING WITH ONE OF THE PPL RESPONSIBLE. So I still hope the ending will be different in the webtoon so I can read it, cause if it's the way that it is from what I've heard. I'm just gonna skim through it for the side characters' sake. :/
She still married the Crown Prince. Allendis became the villain and Carsein is madly in love with Aristia. Jieun ended up as a hostaaaaage? lol. I skipped a lot in the Novel.

In the 1st life, I hope the kingdom gets overthrown and the family gets murdered because the best queen died, so they're left with the overworked emperor and his incompetent empress. Tia suffered so much social situations in the 2nd life because of manners, politics, and work. I know for sure that Jieun wouldn't be capable of the duties of a Empress her kingdom deserves. Ruve and Tia were fated for each other, they just didn't understand each other's feelings because they were raised to be stern.

Rant here, spoilers ahead. Beware: As much as I'd love to see Aristia focus on self love (a.k.a. I don't really ship her with anyone) What I really want to see is Allendis overcoming his toxic thoughts and possibly develop a healthy heart instead of obsession over her attention. I'm all for character development rather than romance. I hope we can at least see him in a bonus after story chapter where his family finally gives him the attention he was deprived from. Also I love how the comic portrays that, yes people change, but old habits are hard to break. Just like how Aristia strived so much to change and she did change immensely but ended up reverting back to her old love. Sure Carsein is there, but really if I were in her eyes, I would think of Carsein only as a friend too. The problem was he's always been there. He made her feel like he'll never disappear. As the song goes: you'll only know you love her if you let her go. Aristia has never let go of Carsein, and never will. The only time it has been close to that is the time he almost lost his eyesight and it was instantly cured. I think that didn't leave Aristia any time to ponder and process a life without him, the things he has done for her that will no longer happen if he's not there, unlike Allendis(who practically said, aight imma head out) and Ruve(who she first handedly experienced what it really was like without him). Unless there's a significant moment where he disappears and she realizes that she has lost something precious, I don't think Carsein stands a chance against Allendis and Ruve. And with Carsein, he always had to let her go, he had no choice, he knows that he cannot spend his life by her side, which made him more and more in love and in hurt with her. I love how we can understand Aristia's pov and Carsein's pov in their relationship. Although, yes Carsein is the most healthy out of all of them, remember we don't ultimately want the best option. Kind of like how a salad is the best option but you still go for chips and soda.

tbf in the novel it's expanded much better. 1st timeline ruveliss never actually killed her father, he just said it because he wanted to elicit a response from her- he just never expected aristia to stab him. keiran was still alive, but since he was loyal to the crown, he couldn't stop the execution and later took his own life just after aristia's death.
it does make 1st timeline ruveliss an even bigger asshole tho.
Haha. I understand your hatred. I hated him too. But he never killed Tia's father actually. He just lied to Tia at that time because Tia was cold towards him right after sleeping with him (well, he's just fucked up in the mind at that time because of the poison). But actually at that time, he intended to warm up to Tia after Tia gave him a faint smile and sleep with him like a real wife and not a doll. I still didn't like him though because if he really want Tia to act like a human to him, he should act like a human towards Tia first! Okay, I'm done getting angry to him.
But Tia's death is not entirely his fault, sadly. The only wrong thing he did at that time was to trigger Tia by saying that her father was already being killed. At that time, Ruve believed that Tia was trying to use him for her benefits (cursed the mouth of the palace maids spreading false rumours). So, he was satisfied after seeing Tia stabbing him, proving that she really had ill intention towards him. But he knew that he couldn't just punish Tia because she was a Monique. He actually gone into several meetings after that to discuss the punishment for Tia and kept asking Tia's father for his decision, but Tia's father just remained silent. Until in one meeting, he opened up his mouth to let Tia being punished by kill because she might not want to live anymore after committing treason like that. At that time, Ruve was actually shocked by her father's decision because hr could actually free Tia if he wanted too. And this just made Ruve hated Monique family even more thinking that they're wicked.
Even before Tia was killed, he almost stopped the killing process after seeing Tia cried, but Jiun closed his mouth and stopped his hands at that time, probably realizing what he was trying to do (curse Jiun!). He thought that Tia would look at him with anger because she wanted to kill him, so he was shocked seeing Tia actually cried and look so sad at that time. That's why he wanted to stop the killing.
Lol I hope Jieun comes soon because I want some more drama and because when she comes I want to see if Ruve has really changed before I ship him with Tia.

I haven't actually read the novel but I read a spoiler before. It said Jieun felt guilty and came to the conclusion that Tia was more deserving and befitting of an Empress. So yeah she sacrificed her holy powers to go back time and change what she had done, and somehow broke free from Fucker Zena/Jenna or whatev. At the original timeline, Jieun was so dumb and irresponsible that people noticed and blamed her for some stuff and got a pretty bad reputation.

I saw a spoiler for how this ends and now I don't even want to finish it. It's sad because the beginning and the entire premise was so good, not to mention the great art.
I suggest you keep reading. A lot of people have dropped this amazing manhwa purely because someone spoiled the ending while the hate was still strong, unwilling to see *how* the author progressed the story to make the ending the way it is. The ending is actually very sweet if you see the progress they both went through and why the leads are the where they are in the end.

They'd done such a good job of making him despicable that I was unable to root for the ship even after it was explained what actually happened. I guess I don't hate him but I definitely don't like him. It's irreparable for me. And tbh I dislike the idea that even after the truth is all out, she can just get over the trauma and love him again. It doesn't feel believable to me. But that's just my opinion.
@@andreacall3024 I can where you're coming from. I guess the things that 1st Ruve did was just too much for some people. For me though, Tia didn't just get over her trauma she slowly overcame it with the help of her dad, Allen, and Carsein over time and when finally acknowledged to herself that the Ruve now and the Ruve then is different and stopped overlapping the two, is when she truly got over her trauma. I'm not saying she completely forgot about it, just that she isn't letting it become an obstacle for her decisions anymore. I guess that's why I'm more accepting of the result.

I like A LOT of things about this webtoon. The art is fantastic, the transition from kids to adults was amazing. Characters aren't typical and have a depth to them. Overall amazing just wish they were more detailed in some aspects from the novel, because for those who've read it they can understand some characters more while those who haven't, can't and I am one of those so I had to drop the webtoon. It's just wayy too bitter, when you know how past can influence you. They did okay with that by making Aristia fearful at the start but no so well at the end. (Still recommend it tho cause readers still like it and for the art)

The ending makes no sense and is very unsatisfying for readers who know trauma because they feel bad for Tia. NOT ONE WOULD DO WHAT ARISTIA DID AND FEEL THAT IT'S UNFAIR FOR ONLY HER TO REMEMBER THE THINGS SHE WAS PUT THROUGH WHILE BEING WITH ONE OF THE PPL RESPONSIBLE. So I still hope the ending will be different in the webtoon so I can read it, cause if it's the way that it is from what I've heard. I'm just gonna skim through it for the side characters' sake. :/

Tia suffered so much social situations in the 2nd life because of manners, politics, and work. I know for sure that Jieun wouldn't be capable of the duties of a Empress her kingdom deserves.

Time may have reversed but his deeds were indeed reality. The other boys are a far better companion to Tia than the prince. The abused should not always end up with the abuser it sends a bad message. Tia's still has the trauma it's real for her .

Rant here, spoilers ahead. Beware:
As much as I'd love to see Aristia focus on self love (a.k.a. I don't really ship her with anyone) What I really want to see is Allendis overcoming his toxic thoughts and possibly develop a healthy heart instead of obsession over her attention.
I'm all for character development rather than romance. I hope we can at least see him in a bonus after story chapter where his family finally gives him the attention he was deprived from.
Also I love how the comic portrays that, yes people change, but old habits are hard to break. Just like how Aristia strived so much to change and she did change immensely but ended up reverting back to her old love. Sure Carsein is there, but really if I were in her eyes, I would think of Carsein only as a friend too.
The problem was he's always been there. He made her feel like he'll never disappear. As the song goes: you'll only know you love her if you let her go.
Aristia has never let go of Carsein, and never will. The only time it has been close to that is the time he almost lost his eyesight and it was instantly cured. I think that didn't leave Aristia any time to ponder and process a life without him, the things he has done for her that will no longer happen if he's not there, unlike Allendis(who practically said, aight imma head out) and Ruve(who she first handedly experienced what it really was like without him). Unless there's a significant moment where he disappears and she realizes that she has lost something precious, I don't think Carsein stands a chance against Allendis and Ruve.
And with Carsein, he always had to let her go, he had no choice, he knows that he cannot spend his life by her side, which made him more and more in love and in hurt with her.
I love how we can understand Aristia's pov and Carsein's pov in their relationship. Although, yes Carsein is the most healthy out of all of them, remember we don't ultimately want the best option. Kind of like how a salad is the best option but you still go for chips and soda.

Though it's obvious here that traumatized people did grow attached to those who gave the trauma. But still I'm glad that Ruve is not his past self and his oath to give his blood and heart to Tia in exchange for Tia's love probably healed Tia. Because her trauma is abandonment. Now, she was freed from that.
But I still want Carsein. Ahh, come to think of it, I like Duke Lars too, haha.
