Amazing. I've just had my second hip op. Posterior UK, have restrictions for 6-12 weeks. Not allowed to do the squat etc. Things are moving along slowly but I know I'll get there.

I had my R THR year ago after 6 months i started going to gym do a little progress so before gym i can not able to squat or cross legs now I can cross legs can do squats even dumbbell squats also I was so young before like 22 now i am 23 years old before surgery I was in so much pain unbearable pain after this I am pretty happy with the Dr decision but I will now progress further InshAllah

Sir, i have a question do ligaments still exist around artificial hip to prevent hip dislocation just like before ?
how much it will cost .? my father is in need but we can't afford costly surgery
