Very clean an well paced tutorial. Great tips. Thanks for sharing. Do you have any tips for lile the logitechg402 and how to model this mouse? I think that one is tricky, since it is not symmetrical and has complex details. How would you approach this?
I guess you model it symmetrically first then when the base is done, use soft selection to tweak the shape to match the asymmetrical shape of the G402. Using the multicut tool to cut the details and gradually model those in. Ideally, if you can photoscan the actual mouse, you can use Blender to shrink wrap and Retopo model it.
@@weelianocraft very good ideas and tips. Thanks a lot. I now modeled it and tried to do it like you did. Works good to first do the bottom, then sides and them the top. I merged those parts together and cleaned up the mesh. Now its looking good. But unfortunately wasnt sp straight forward needed 3 attempts
