Oh my lord...I thought I'd never see this again. My mom ADORED westerns as she grew up when they were still a big thing on TV...I used to watch this show with her and as I got older I realized my chances of ever seeing this got smaller each year as it was on TV at a time when people didn't think about preserving such things to sell as collections later, especially gameshows. Thank you so much for this video.
I randomly stumbled on this show on late night TV on Saturday nights when I was about 10 years old. I loved it. I made sure to watch it every Saturday. Then daylight savings happened and the clocks changed and I never saw it again :( Funny that I still remembered it to this day.
@@sweetsour6783 Yeah sometimes you have a show you love and it seems like you're the only one who remembers it even existed...I had that happen with a cartoon called Count Duckula. I remember watching it but nobody else remembered it until I showed them it existed with a clip of the intro on RUclips.
@@hostsathome7390 7 months and several to you means 2? where tf did u learn how to count? just upload the episodes u have. you're not even at 2k subs yet so why are u trying to juice the views?
I don’t know if anyone remembers this, but there was this one American Idol-Big Brother hybrid called The One: Making a Music Star. I haven’t seen a full episode and it’s one of the rarities I’m looking for. If possible, could you upload an episode? Thanks! :)
Unfortunately I don't think that one is in my archives, however, I did record a ton of stuff even I don't remember sometimes, so you never know as I continue to digitize VHS!
@@hostsathome7390 I’ve read that The One got tons of flack in Canada; the reason? It aired at 10:00 pm on ABC and CBC, bumping their main newscast The National by an hour on the East Coast (West Coast saw it at their regular time on the main network, or live a few hours earlier on CBC News Network) opposite CTV National News!
I thank you for uploading this rare, RARE gem. And at the same time, I beg of you, never put me through this pain again!! Good Lord, this show was awful. 😄
Bad move on Four Point and the Goldwyn Company's part. Joe Fowler got obnoxiously overbearing with his commentary here as he did on Knights and Warriors and Maximum Drive. Alex Cord as "West", meanwhile, was a better equivalent to Mike Adamle than Fowler.

Omg I have been looking for this show for years. Many a stoned Saturday night ended with this show. Thank you SO much for uploading this!
OMG I can't believe you have these! I haven't seen them since they first aired. Thanks!
You're welcome! Enjoy!

"West" here is portrayed by Alex Cord, from Airwolf.
Awesome!! I've been wanting to see this show for a while, thanks for sharing it!
Sure thing!
@@hostsathome7390 Chris quilley happy birthday 🎂
Thank you, I hope you have more to upload!
Have several more episodes! Planning on uploading more. When it's possible for me to upload requests, I do!
Haha never heard of this. Thanks.
I was the only fan of this show, I think
No, you weren't me and a friend of mine also were
You've got another fan right over here!
Yee haw it’s Wild West Showdown
4:48 a young Lisa (Coles) Guerrero as a reporter
I reckon she still has the top and skirt today!
She's currently with "Inside Edition".
And it's even from the same production company! (Four Point Entertainment/The Samuel Goldwyn Company)
I used to watch this show with my dad in the 90s. I showed him this episode recently, he had no memory of it. 😒
I would like to second uploading more episodes of this beautiful trainwreck of a show, please and thank you.
41:34 "Yer hat did about as good." SAVAGE.
Please, upload more. Thank you 🙂
Where did WWS air in San Fran? I want to say either KTVU or KPIX had it...
Remember this show. This is one of a couple shows that I have been looking for episodes of. Hope you can upload a few more episodes soon, Adam.
More please 🙏
I wish that it was a hit. 😀👍🤠
It was an _American Gladiators_ clone- ironically distributed by the same company.
@@drewzuhosky6826 I did know that.
@@drewzuhosky6826 And produced by the same people, too. (Four Point Entertainment)
It sure was a hit with my friend group. I don’t think we ever missed it 🤣

What station did this copy come from?
I think this was taped off the satellite feed as with all other syndicated shows (should’ve began with the slate).

They replace the original host with Joe.
